J and A Kay is a leading integrated thermoplastic forming and fabrication company based in Lancashire, UK.

We are experts at providing plastic thermoforming and fabrication services to industrial manufacturers - typically OEMs. We work closely with a broad range of customers, using advanced CAD software and manufacturing techniques to develop, tool and manufacture quality, functional and innovative technical components for a wide range of applications.

With a powerful combination of 80+ years experience in thermoplastics and our 21st century technology, enable us to offer clients a wide range of innovative solutions. We offer products based on Plastic Forming, CNC Trimming and Plastic Fabrication.

We hold ISO9001, ISO45001 and ISO14001 accreditations through BSI, and R43 stamping for Polycarbonate screens.

Common materials that we handle include ABS, Acrylic, Polycarbonate, PETG and PVC, but we do process many more, including specialist materials, such as thermoformable Chrome on ABS and a range of Woodgrains on ABS.
