We needed a carpet in a hurry with flexible fitting. Had visited all the big players without being offered any level of service. Could not have been more impressed with the service and quality. Outstanding customer service. Would not go anywhere else in the future.

J A Flooring have replaced virtually all the carpets in our house over a 6m period. The communication with the shop is excellent and Chris is very patient while you are choosing and good at advising. Fitters are excellent and friendly. All round quality service - wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

JA Flooring replaced the carpet on the landing and stairs at my property. The communication was great, phone calls and email queries promptly answered. I received good advice when choosing carpet and underlay. The carpet was fitted to very good standards, very neatly and with attention to detail. Jon and mick were relaxed and helpful from our first enquiry to completing the job with a tidy and as far as I can see faultless fitting. We got an excellent product (LVT flooring in an ensuite) at a good price and with great service. Friendly efficient and knowledgeable this will be our first stop for flooring in future.

We have just had a carpet fitted on our hall and stairs by J A Flooring and it looks really lovely. The service we have had from them has been second to none. Mike is really friendly and was extremely helpful in helping us come to a decision, he is very knowledgeable. Communication was excellent and the carpet was fitted much sooner than we expected and the fitting is just perfect. I had JA Flooring to carpet a bungalow which had recently had major renovations. The carpet chosen wasn't the most expensive, nor was the underlay BUT the combination of them and the skilled fitting meant that it looks a million dollars. Really nice staff. Very knowledgeable.
