IXus Distribution is a company that distributes air conditioning and related products. They are a home for brands such as LG Air Conditioning and Hitachi Air Conditioning. The company offers a wide range of products including high wall, low wall, ceiling, and ducted single splits, as well as multi-split and VRF systems from LG, Hitachi, and Midea.

They also provide various accessories and tools for installation, such as copper tubes, insulation, pumps, brackets, and hand tools. Additionally, they sell retail items like portable units, evaporative coolers, and heaters. The company has a dedicated warranty team and offers free delivery on orders over £999.

Established in 2014, our company began as a distributor of air conditioning and heat pump units across the UK from our base in South Wales. Our rapid growth led to an investment in a larger facility and state-of-the-art software, which streamlined our operations.

Today, operating from a 20,000-square-foot warehouse in Margam, South Wales, we have become the largest UK stockist and seller for LG heating and air conditioning products, serving as a main distributor for the Korean manufacturer. We are also an authorized distributor for Hitachi and Midea air conditioners.

In addition to their distribution business, iXus has expanded its physical presence by opening two trade counters. The first opened in Hanworth in July 2021, followed by a second one adjacent to their national distribution center in Margam, South Wales, in early 2022. This expansion has also led them to become a major stockist for a wide range of brands, including Fieldpiece, Testo, Aspen, and Javac. The company prides itself on customer care and building strong relationships with both its customers and suppliers.
