I loaded High Sierra onto my 6 years old iMac, and it crashed. Herman did a fantastic job in fixing it, and now my iMac is very fast and no glitches. Saved me having to spend £1000+ on another iMac. Very reasonable cost. Very fast service. Always on hand to answer you questions. Herman really knows his stuff, and its rare to find someone who tries where he can to save you money. Fab job on replacing iPhone 6 screen. First time I’d ever broken a phone screen…? Took it to Herman. He said I could pick the phone up in half an hour! Went back an hour later and hey presto…lovely new screen on my iPhone 6. £55 well spent. Guaranteed it for a year…not if I drop it again tho! No sending away…no waiting 24hrs. Brilliant job. Top bloke! Thank you.

This is the second time Herman has done work for me. This time it was to replace the mechanical hard drive on my iMac with an SSD drive. The work done has transformed the machine from a computer I dreaded using because it was getting so slow, to a much improved and quick machine. The speed of service was exceptional. I made contact on Tuesday, dropped it off the same day and picked up on Thursday. Price was extremely reasonable too. I would not hesitate to recommend IT Man Tech to anyone.

I've used Herman twice now, both times hes been quick to diagnose and repair my problems. Very good rates, friendly and knowledgeable. Herman repaired my mini ipad last week after I broke the screen. He explained to me exactly what he would do, and what the risks were. He carried out the repair quickly and for a very fair price. When the work was completed we checked together that the screen was fully functioning. Unfortunately when I started using the iPad again I found that there was a small dead zone on the very edge of the screen. I called Herman and he immediately offered to replace the screen at his expense - including paying for the iPad to bee collected by special delivery from France, where I live. I would not hesitate to recommend Herman and I will use him again, when the need arises.

Replaced the screen on our iPad mini. Had to order the part in but was very helpful and efficient. Really knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and patient - can't recommend Herman highly enough.

There is not enough space to say all the good things about ITManTech. On the Saturday of the bank holiday weekend, my computer crashed twice and gave me the blue screen of death. ITManTech was available, answered my phone call quickly and then spent several hours trouble shooting my laptop. His work was thorough and he guaranteed it as well. His calm, courteous and professional manner was truly appreciated as it was 10 days before the due date of my master's thesis and my computer was the key to completing the work. I would recommend ITManTech whole-heartedly and without reservation.

My PC decided it was time to play up big time but Herman - with the patience of a saint - wasn't to be beaten. Eventually he determined that the hard-drive had an occasional fault. But he ensured my information wasn't lost and voila! I had my computer back with Windows 10 and faster than ever. And at a very reasonable cost considering the time he must have spent on it. Herman really IS the IT man - thanks.

Herman has just repaired 2 laptops for us, 1 with a harddrive problem and the other with a damaged screen. On both jobs he kept me fully informed of the progress and explained everything in full, when the repairs were completed he reduced the quoted price because the spares were cheaper than he expected and the jobs did not take as long as he thought. Will not use anyone else in future.

Herman carried out several computer repairs in my office. One PC repair required a software update and the other computer repair needed a virus removal. All of the work was carried out quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with results.
