Had a terminal click on the PC and just would not boot and even though I had built it from scratch I thought better having a pro investigate. I'm so glad I did, after only 2 days with Neil and although he couldn't definitely identify the issue he deplugged, cleaned and plugged everything back in and trust me there are a lot of components. This fixed the problem and worth spending £40 on, nice bloke to deal with, he gives you confidence you are in good hands. Tim.

Had a performance issue with a relatively new laptop. High St shop suggested a rebuild at up to £60 without even looking at it ! Googled "laptop performance Prestatyn" and Itechlink came with good reviews. Emailed them outlining the problem at 11:00 and by 16:00 Neil had visited my property, identified and then resolved the problem, without a re-build, at 1/2 the cost. From here on they will be my first point of contact for any IT problems.

We had several issues with our pc, after a home vist and then taking our computer home for a deeper examination, neil found our pc to be of no use. He sourced the fault, ( which was a complex find) installed us an refurbed (by his own hand) pc with latest upgrades, came and installed our complete set up, could not ask for a more efficient service at a very competative price. Text Itech after hours not expecting a reply, but as he was already working he called on his way home and quickly identified why my PC had died. He fixed it and as I was not prepared for the call I had no cash, but was able to pay by card securely. Absolutely recommend 100%. To top it all off he is a really lovely guy. Thank you.

Only needed a few things doing but the service was spot on and he fixed the computer in no time bringing it back the day after, recommend highly!

Neil came round at short notice on a day when he was supposed to be doing something else because I needed my laptop for work. He stayed 2 hrs. Cleaned it, free'd up the problem downloaded tools and an improved browser for me and had me back on the road with massively improved abilities. At all times he was friendly and polite and helpful. Neil hadn't come across my problem before! It turned out to be the fault of my security system blocking certain programmes. I was more than impressed with him fixing it and the cost was very reasonable. Thank you Neil. .
