Simon has been instrumental in helping me migrate all my important data from a very old Windows desktop computer to a new Apple iMac and has been on hand to help whenever required. He installed our new Wi-Fi router, setup it up after we had issue trying to install it ourselves. Simon has helped us with numerous issues in the past and is always our first point of call if we haven't been able to solve an issue ourselves. For smaller issues, Simon has also been able to remotely access our computer and sort out many issues, strange to watch! Wonderful service and highly recommend IT@Home4U.

Simon was really helpful and did a fast and efficient job of setting up my new Mac. He set up mac mail and sorted out all of my settings so that things were just as I wanted them. Simon has also sorted out problems with my wifi and various software updates - things that I found very time consuming to try and do myself. I highly recommend Simon's services.

Simon has for many years been of great assistance to us in solving the many difficulties that arise in trying to conquer our computer, then a laptop and then transferring to solely using an iPad for all our needs. When our Wi-Fi router failed last year he was easily able to replace it, setup the new one and get us back online again. He has also been on hand to connect us up to Skype on our iPad so that we can communicate with our children around the globe. I can't recommend IT@Home4U highly enough to anyone who has difficulties with IT matters.
