This guy has got cancer! I can confirm this, as he came out to my house 3 month ago, and he was yellow, one of the signs ofvp kidney cancer! He appears to have vanished, as my monthly pc check is not happening, and he is not answering any of my emails, phone calls.

I have been looking for Nick Jones it- solutions -site. Co. UK who I paid £650 to for a laptop who has vanished, would anyone know what happened? I know he has cancer, is he ok, i know he is a genuine guy but i am not sure what happened with the laptop or him.

First class service. I don't often need tech help as I can figure most things out myself. However, I was stumped with an issue on my laptop. IT Solutions fixed it within 1/2 hour and by signing up to their annual subscription they'll also do a monthly health check on my PC (which I KNOW is essential and time consuming). At this price I can't afford NOT to use them - it's a no brainer and I'm so pleased I found them.

Outlook was not working - E-mail issue was fixed in a few minutes. Very good service. Previous day I had malware check which fixed the issues I had reported. They know what they are doing and are highly competent. Would rate them very highly.

I contacted IT Solutions Site Ltd in a panic yesterday when my computer crashed and in turn I lost all of my emails and files! I am so glad I did - they were able to find all my files, set up my email and it's many inboxes again and I had the pleasure of dealing with Nick, who was beyond fantastic. I got in touch about a problem I had with my laptop and straight after payment made Nick got straight to work and all fixed in under an hour. Fantastic service, if I had taken it to a repair shop I would have been without the laptop for two or three days.
