I rang Dale as my laptop crashed and I use this for work so I needed it fixed quickly. He arranged to collect the same day and have a look at it. Within a few hours I had a prognosis of what was wrong and a plan in place to fix. All this was done in a really quick time frame. My laptop is better now than when I first bought it! Value for money was excellent and cannot recommend Dale highly enough.
This guy is by far the best computer technician I’ve come across in Retford or anywhere for that fact. I dropped my computer off as I had an error fault. He not only removed this fault and created more disk space my computer also runs much faster now it also got a good clean out so it’s now dust free he achieved all this in 2 hours flat at a very competitive rate thanks again keep up the good work.
Very happy with the service to date. We needed help with several laptops, MACs and printers in our small office. Dale efficiently identified the problems, resolved them and offered advice moving forwards. We will certainly continue to go to IT Reliance for any computer or IT issues in the future.
Moved from London a few years ago and found it almost impossible to find a reliable computer technician. I couldn't afford to have my time wasted with the computer away for days sitting on a bench with an unknown (probably inflated) bill at the end of the day. Dale was recommended by a friend, and now, I would not go anywhere else. He has done upgrades for me, resolved software issues and carried out mechanical/physical repairs. The cost has always been transparent from the outset and far less that I had anticipated. I have never been less than over the moon with his skill and professionalism! On top of this he is a really nice bloke who is partial to the odd cappuccino and a chat. If you have a computer issue do yourself a favour and ring Dale first. You'll be glad you did!
Needed a big clear out on my I pad to free up space. Dale dealt with this very quickly and explained what he was doing and why. Also took my husband's notebook as it was really slow. This was sorted out and he upgraded the memory, as well as putting in a free virus checker. Can't recommend Dale highly enough. I would not hesitate to use him again.
Many thanks to Dale for giving my five year old MacBook a new lease of life. It took just one day to diagnose repair and service my laptop and make it as good as new and at a very reasonable cost. I will be recommending Dale and his company to anybody that needs any IT work doing.
My laptop needs a complete reboot and windows 10 installing. Dale was very friendly and the service was fantastic and incredibly quick, whilst the price of the work represented great value for money. I've recommended Dale to all of my work colleagues and would strongly recommend to anyone requiring IT support….
I had 7 weeks of little or no internet at home and my service provider had failed to identify the problem or provide a decent service level. In desperation I googled local IT help and found Dean. A time was arranged for a home visit and Dean came round after I had finished work which was handy for me. Dean was polite, friendly and very thorough logging each step of his investigation for my service provider. After just over 30 mins he found the fault and rectified it with a loaned router and cable (where the fault actually was - cable) I was charged £30 which I thought was terrific value which included his time and travel. I would definitely recommend Dean and IT Reliance as a quality plus service which is becoming rarer and rarer these days. Thank you Dean.
Wanted more memory a hdmi port and data from a really old desktop putting on a not as old desktop. Had helpful advice and was advised to get a reconditioned unit as would be cheaper, faster and more upto date. We are very happy with the unit, very helpful and great customer service will definitely use again.
I contacted Dale at around 18:30 on a Sunday evening. I left a message on his answer phone expecting a reply at some point on Monday however he contacted me within about 20 minutes to ask me how he could help. Soon enough we had organised to drop my machine off first thing Monday morning. I dropped my machine off and gave him an update of the issue, he was friendly and gave him my number to contact me at work if necessary. Later he called me to tell me he had fixed the issue and I could pick it up whenever. I asked him if he could give my machine a good clean while he was at it and he agreed. I picked it up later that day and it works great and is much quieter than it was before. I had an additional issue which he helped me troubleshoot over the phone and had it sorted within minutes. I met Dale for the first time today when he came to collect my notebook which had developed a fault after I dropped it. He took it away and phoned me in approx 10 mins to say it was just a lose wire and would not charge me for the repair! I needed a new laptop and asked if he could assist, this he did and within the hour I had my repaired notebook and a fantastic laptop for an excellent price. He also transferred all my documents and photos onto it which had been of great importance to me. In the time he came to my home, he explained everything to my husband and I about laptops and also gave us excellent advise about many other questions we had. I even questioned about my old video camera that needed 8mm film putting on cd's and a question that my neighbour had. Nothing was too much trouble for this man, I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again in an instant. Donna and Nigel Pashley.
I was recently scammed following a cold call and ended up paying for software that I could have had for free. When I realised the call was not legitimate I was concerned that they had remote access to my laptop and so called Dale. Within 24 hours Dale had removed any potential threats and overhauled my lap top to work as a good as new. Superb service. My Lap top screen got cracked after an accident. Dale ordered the replacement, fitted it and had it back to me in days as I needed it doing urgently. Absolutely fantastic service, something you would not get with the big companies. First Class Service and so helpful.
Dale provided a brilliant service. I had two laptops that needed sorting out (various problems) and after wasting hours trying to sort it myself I admitted that it needed somebody who knew what they were doing. I looked on Retford Information Page for recommendations and contacted Dale Robinson. He provided me with a quote, came and collected the laptops that evening and brought them back the next morning. Upon returning them he went through everything he had done and made sure that the initial issues were all working before leaving. Great service and a very good price. My only regret is not contacting him before now.
