About Isabel's Cuisine
Isabel's Cuisine (formerly Brazilian Flavours Ltd) was established in 2005 with aims of producing British foods with a bit of a twist. Developing products from a specialist blend of ingredients from South America creating unique products that not only taste delicious, but also offered gluten-like texture. The challenge was to maintain Isabel’s range gluten and wheat free, also 100% natural, with no additives, artificial flavourings, hydrogenated fats, soya or added sugars.
These products range truly reflects Isabel's passion for good foods and interest for more unusual ingredients.
Isabel's Cuisine based in the UK, our products are available from Amazon, Ocado, our own online shop and other quality independent retailers nationwide.
Working with accredited partners around the UK, Isabel's Cuisine has a production team, qualified to a high standard.
BRC certified factory and fully qualified staff, the company is able to offer a unique range of gluten free products to distributors and retailers. The products meet all British Standards Regulations, enabling retailers to offer their consumers uniquely delicious gluten and wheat free products.
The company supplies unique easy-to-prepare home-baking mixes, including Yorkshire pudding, thin crust pizza base, batter and dough balls mixes. The products are suitable for coeliac and non coeliac alike and can be enjoyed by children of all age.

Isabel's Gluten Free Pizza Bases turn out better than pre-made supermarket pizzas and the Cassava Flour makes all the difference to baking cakes and scones. You wouldn't believe it was gluten free were some of the comments we have had from friends. We also had personal contact with Isabel by email which you don't get with many other suppliers.

The pizza mix is fantastic- I use egg replacer instead of a fresh egg and it works a treat, I missed pizza so much and this product is the perfect wheat and gluten free replacement. I make up 2 packets at a time and freeze them to save time. I live in Spain and have the pizza mix sent here, it is well worth the postage cost as there is no other product to match it.
