Took my wife's ipod in to replace the battery. Service and reassurances regarding data were excellent. The battery was replaced within the hour and collected straightaway. My wife was very happy as the ipod contained very valuable data.

I have used iPatch for a few years (back when Andy was working out of his apartment in Leeds) to work on various iPods/ iPhones and recently my iPad. All work carried out to great satisfaction, may I say. Having diagnosed my latest iPad problem (dropped by my toddler) denting the shell and causing volume controls not to work. Due to it being a sealed unit the screen would need smashing before we even start (£140 straight away). However, I was shown by Andy a 'work round' through the iPads settings which provided a cost free solution. BRILLIANT, I'd have had no idea about this and would have willingly paid whatever it would have cost. So not only is their service excellent, the customer service and honesty shown by Andy was impeccable! I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Thanks very much.

These guys are better then Apple support! My wifi 'greyed out' and Apple wanted me to wait a week for an in-store appointment to fix the wifi chip. I took it into iPatch, 45 mins and £30 later. I had to take my iphone 4 in for repair as the power button had broken. Staff were friendly and courteous and the repair was completed within the hour. Highly recommended and will use again if I need any future repairs.

Been to Ipatch with my last 3 phones. Had a screen repaired, wifi thingy repaired and took my iPhone 5 today as it wouldn't charge. Took the engineer 3 seconds to fix pulling out 6 month of fluff and never charged me a penny! Top service , faster than apple and fantastic prices. These are the real apple geniuses.

I had a problem with my iPhone 3. Tried all the forums and advice without success. Following a random conversation in a shop where iPatch was recommended to me I took my phone in the next day and it was fixed by a very helpful young man in a couple of hours for a very reasonable price!
