Our property reports are compiled using high end software that allows us to collect all the information we need from a property and then present it in one easy-to-read report that gets sent to the client in a. Pdf format. The system we use also has a brand new ‘Tenant Portal’ which allows the tenant/s to add amendments to the inventory and then digitally sign the report via a link that gets emailed to the lead tenant. This feature ensures all parties are satisfied with the accuracy of the inventory report which prevents any disputes at the end of the tenancy.
