I purchased box sash windows from this company. When I arrived I found that the windows were of very poor quality, made with thin young wood and poorly finished. The fitting was very careless, with one window not even level. The inner sills were warped and the ends unfinished (no bullnose return). The walls were damaged, and the bricks were cut unevenly to try to make the windows fit, as the windows were too large. We returned the windows.

There were a few problems:Firstly, as I said, we had specified Brass fittings, so if these could be exchanged asap I would appreciate it. "Measurement was from plans and after site visit we expected the hole is totally different.
