Sue Carberry is a total expert at bodywork (and a fun, smart, and interesting therapist and person in general). She is the only person I've found in London in four years who truly works at a deep tissue level with a broad range of expertise and helps the body recover from pains and strains in a meaningful way (not superficial like many massages).
