Initforthe is a software company specialising in bespoke software development solutions for the web, mobile and desktop. The company is located in central Manchester, but we have clients across the whole of the UK. Initforthe is run by Tomislav Simnett. Tomislav has over 30 years experience in software development. He is passionate about giving his clients best of breed software that is intuitive to use, and delivers lasting value to the business.

Some of our projects include CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system development, converting spreadsheets into centralised databases, booking management systems and case management systems.

One specific project, an order management system for a leasing company, was build to replace an off-the-shelf product that was being terminated by the vendor. We delivered a 90% time saving in order processing. We engaged in a team-wide workshop to understand the detail of the operations and map out workflow, and developed a custom solution that delivered and exceeded our client's goals and expectations. They now talk about the system as the "guru" of their business.
