AVOID! Disgusting service. 3/4 day delivery took 14 days. The MAIN issue is that on their website they promise discreet packaging with no labels BUT sent a box describing exactly what was inside, covered in logos. A complete breach of confidence. Not to be trusted at all.

As a first time customer I was delighted to find a company that offered such a comprehensive rang of products. The bed pads available were much larger than I had been able to find elsewhere and if they launder as many times as they say on the package I will be ecstatic. The disposable pull up incontinence pants by Lille fit much better than any I've found apart from some I can only purchase in America, so I am very pleased.

My only problem was opening the parcel. I have a touch of arthritis and I found it very hard to open. The product is perfect, exactly what I have been looking for. Thank you.

When ordering stock it would be great if you could see how many of the stock is left to buy. And more communication after ordering as I had to chase up as stock I ordered was not in stock and credit card just said pending I did receive a full refund on delivery charge but had to wait in further day appart from hiccup there prices are very good and friendly staff thanks.

I have regularly purchased incontinence pants for my 90 year old aunt. Orders were quickly dispatched and the products were excellent quality and good value for money. Sadly my aunt passed away this week but I would happily recommend this company should the need arise.

I never received an on line acknowledgement of my order, nor an electronic invoice. My correct email address was correctly submitted, because I was sent a feedback request. This has happened with previous emails (and no, it's not in my spam folder! ).
