Image Newcastle Wedding Photography

We have just received our wedding album from Image Newcastle and we're absolutely delighted with the photographs and the overall quality and finish of the album. John and Serena were there from the very start of our big day to the first dance and looking at the photos again has brought back so many happy memories. Not only were the pictures fantastic but the service we received from our first meeting to the wedding itself and then to choosing which album we wanted has been outstanding. Not only have we picked out dozens of photos for a beautifully-presented bespoke album but we've also had several others framed and a couple put onto canvases. We can't recommend Image Newcastle highly enough!

We cannot thank Serena and John enough for all their efforts to document our magical wedding day. They were both so professional yet like friends when taking our pictures and understood our requirements perfectly. We are over the moon with our wedding pictures and we are finding it particularly difficult to choose which photographs we wish to make into an album. The Image Newcastle team is worth every penny and my husband and I would recommend them to any bride and groom to be.

We decided to go with John and Serena after the fantastic job they did on my brothers wedding 2 years ago. Needless to say that me and Jemma weren't disappointed and were delighted with the results after receiving our photos this afternoon. John and Serena are great from start to finish and I have absolutely no hesitation recommending them to anyone looking for top quality wedding photographers.

Serena and John were both a pleasure to work with. Both very attentive to what we were looking for, and they certainly delivered! We're very happy with our photos. Working as a pair they were able to capture the preparation of both bride and groom and gave us different vantage points of the same photos. Un-intrusive during the whole day, yet interacted with our guests making them feel at ease. John stayed well into the evening after our first dance giving us some extra photos of the party that we were not expecting. Would highly recommend.

Image Newcastle photographed our wedding last year, and we could not be more pleased with their work. Serena and John photographed our wedding in August 2013. Having just received our beautiful wedding album we wanted to leave a review to let everyone know how fantastic they are. From our first meeting with Serena we were made to feel comfortable. She made sure she knew exactly what we wanted on the day, which was relaxed informal photos that really captured the atmosphere. That was exactly what we got! John and Serena were a pleasure to have around on the day, being totally unobtrusive and getting a smile out of guests old and young! One of our guests even commented that they were the hardest working photographers they had ever seen at a wedding! The service afterwards was equally as good. Our cd of photos came beautifully wrapped in a lovely presentation case and our album, which we choose as an extra, was worth every penny. I'm sorry if I get a little gushy here but I genuinely cant believe what a difference you made to the ease and enjoyment of our day. From the moment you arrived on the morning of the wedding asking, to our first dance, you both couldn't have been anymore perfect. I couldn't believe how kind and considerate you were to my family and how your easy going and gentle manner made everyone feel at ease and forget you were taking pictures - we couldn't have asked for more. John the boys have said you were just as great - putting them all at ease before the ceremony, tough gig! I cant explain to you how many of or guests noticed and mentioned how friendly, approachable and unobtrusive you both were. We have just received our CD's with the images on from our wedding day. We are so so happy with them, we have sat and cried all over again reliving the day! John and Serena never stopped all day and they were so polite to all of the guests and very professional. I booked Serena and John and Image Newcastle ater I was recommended by friends. I had already booked a photographer and was getting second thoughts and I can honestly say it was the best decision of my whole wedding to change to Image Newcastle. From the minute we were shown examples of their work in the albumns we knew they were the couple we wanted for our wedding. On the day they were so helpful and made everyone feel relaxed. (especially as we both hate getting our pictures taken)serena was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me as a bride. John also managed to control our best man and ushers and got some fantastic shots. Throughout the day they made our guests feel relaxed and got through the staged photos really quickly which is exactly what we wanted so we could get on with our day. They really captured our day exactly as we remeber it and the presentation of the dvd of pictures(which were hand delivered on valentines day) was amazing even so far as the letter explaining what to do next, was beautifully presented and a lovely keepsake. I would recommend Image Newcastle to anyone and they are definately value for money.

We used Serena and John for our wedding in August 2012. From the first phone to the final prints they were fantastic. We were married in Newcastle but planned it from our home in Dublin and Image Newcastle were very accommodating throughout the planning. John and Serena were great wedding photographers and we are so pleased with our wedding photos. We had met with Serena a couple of times before the day so we felt like they really knew what we wanted. On the day we have them with us from getting ready until the first dance. Serena was great at putting me at ease while I was getting ready and throughout the day there presence was welcomed as they fitted in so well. They made sure we had some spectacular shots at our wonderful wedding location and I would not hesitate to recommended them to anyone.

We found Image Newcastle through a friend raving about them on Facebook and they were not wrong. As soon as we met Serena we knew we wanted Image Newcastle to do our Wedding we just clicked and knew we could trust them. Leading up to the wedding everything was made easy for us to work out what we wanted for our photography. The night before the wedding when I called Serena to let them know they were able to take photos in the church after having a word with the vicar on my rehearsal, Serena was literally as excited as I was it was like having a friend on the phone. The day was perfect, Serena was with me from early morning and John with Matthew and they stayed with us all day up until our first dance. We had such a brilliant day with them and literally laughed all day. The pictures are amazing more than we could have hoped for we are truly so thankful you have captured the whole day with lots of posed and natural photos and the quality is fantastic.
