At Image our priority is to ensure that every client leaves looking and feeling their best. Our team of professional Beauty Therapists are the best in their field. Sue Carter is an award winning beauty expert, and entrepreneur, with over 25 years’ experience in the beauty industry. She initially trained in London, where she worked as a make-up artist for Lancome at Harvey Nichols. Whilst there she won the prominent Golden Rose award in recognition of her skills in make-up application and beauty, and she was chosen to do the make-up for Kylie Minogue while on a visit to the store.

In 1999 Sue opened Image Beauty Salon, which quickly established itself as the leading salon in Ipswich. In 2012 the salon moved into larger premises, significantly expanding capacity, allowing Image to offer a larger range of treatments, as well as offering training in the new Image Academy.

At Image we embrace every new system and product that will benefit our clients. We are proud to offer the very latest equipment and treatments, these include: Beaming White teeth whitening system; Nouveau Contour Permanent Cosmetics; Bio Therapeutic Microdermabrasion for the face; Silhouette Dermalift for the face and body; Bio Sculpture and NSI gel nails; OPI manicure and pedicure systems; Harmony and OPI Gel polish systems; and Sienna X spray tan.

We are also stockists of Dermalogica skin care, Elemis skin care, Jane Iredale make-up, OPI nail polishes and Sienna X tan View retail products.

We would like to let our clients know that when booking in with the Salon Director Sue Carter, a 20% extra fee will be charged on top of all treatments.

Also when booking in with our Senior Therapist Michelle, a 10% extra fee will be charged on top of her appointments, due to both the number of years experience the two seniors have.

Our Cancellation Policy:
24hr cancellation period is required on all appointments. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation charge of 50%.
