Martin of IKS Locksmiths was efficient and knowledgable in his work. He was a very friendly guy who knew what he was doing immediately. He fixed the problem and had a very nice manner about him. I would highly recommend him for his customer service, attention to detail and general efficiency. Plus he is honest and very fairly priced. One of our neighbours recently had a break-in where a number of valuable items were stolen and it proved to be a very distressing time for them. This prompted us to have a review of our security which you carried out informing us of potential threats. Although our security was adequate you suggested a few upgrades and explained the benefits of having them. We decided that prevention was better detection and you arranged the upgrades to our locks ensuring that we complied with building regulations. You fitted the upgrades at a time to suit us and at a much better price than we expected. As a result we now feel much safer and secure when in or away from our home.
