I could not recommend I Connect highly enough. There service was amazing, reasonably priced and very friendly service. Nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely be using again if needed.
My partner and I were refurbishing and upgrading our t. V. And other appliances and needed our telephone and broadband re-routed from the original which was in the most inappropriate of locations in the house. Shane was able to visit very promptly and achieved what we required in a couple of hours. Totally impressed by his organised attitude, experience, professionalism and tidiness. Would not hesitate to recommend him - a pleasure to have in our house.
Shane is a lovely guy, really helped me sort out a terrible Wi-Fi set up in our old house! Talked me through some cabling options, installed and tested what we decided was the best option. I'm very happy with the results, and the work is of the highest standard (including external cabling which you can hardly notice). I would happily recommend Shane to anyone. Thanks!
An enormous thank you to Shane who came swiftly and knowledgeably and professionally to assist in repairing the communication system in an elderly persons phone/lifeline to the outside world. I cannot recommend Shane more highly, he stepped up immediately where other providers and telecommunication would not help. I would rate him ? And beyond. He is the best.
Shane was prompt, polite and extremely professional. We required our broadband router relocated whilst other building work was being undertaken at the house. We were able to agree timings around this and the work was completed brilliantly. I would highly recommend Shane and his excellent service.
We had an intermittent broadband fault and I contacted Shane at Iconnect to see if he may be able to help. He responded within a matter of hours and visited our home address later that day. He was able to quickly rectify the issue and he also moved our router at our request. The customer service was excellent throughout and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.
Shane was a lifesaver! We have a B&B and Shane was a guest for 3 nights. We had problems with our WiFi signal around the house, and a full house of guests who wanted to use our WiFi. Shane resolved our WiFi issue within an hour and all guests were back on line, leaving us with happy guests! So grateful, brilliant work, thank you so much Shane :-).
We had problems with the wireless reception in our house, and Shane from iconnect fitted moved our router upstairs, fitted a couple of extra access points and hard-wired our TV with a data cable. The work was carried out to a very high standard - neat and tidy, and everything works really well. One of the access points had a manufacturing fault, and the problem got sorted quickly and hassle-free. I have no hesitation in recommending iconnect, and no doubt we'd use Shane again should the need arise.
Quickly and efficiently resolved internet and phone problems arising from damage caused by other tradesmen, and demonstrated impressive knowledge and skills in restoring our services to working order. The problem was diagnosed swiftly and an ingenious solution rapidly devised. The work was carried out with no fuss, mess or disruption and in a professional yet friendly and good humoured way. Mr Davey will be our first port of call if we should experience any further internet/phone problems. Highly recommended.
I needed the incoming BT line moving to go directly to the socket with the router and the onward line to the house phone socket rewiring. Also stripping out several old extensions and external bell to simplify the system and to optimise performance. Broadband speed has increased from around 1. 2-2. 0 Mbps to 3. 5-4. 3 Mbps and we know we now have the maximum we can get from BT copper. Shane rapidly understood what was needed and worked efficiently - he had all the kit needed with him and it was highly impressive work which left everything neat and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend him. I have only given three stars for Value for Money because he charged what he quoted and it was value for the work done and was therefore satisfactory.
Shane was recommended to me as we haven't had a broadband signal at one end of our bungalow for 4 years - within 2. 5 hours of first contacting him the problem was solved and everything was set up ! An additional wireless router did the trick. My only regret ? That I hadn't heard of him years ago as it would have saved so much stress with Sky trying (unsuccessfully) to solve the same issue ! Brilliant service and would highly recommend him.
After several days of stress due to Broadband not working properly and my set of cordless phones not working (and getting to the point I would buy some new phones) I checked Yellow pages and contacted Shane. He said he was very busy but would call that day between 5. 00-6. 00 pm. True to his word he arrived just before 6. 00 pm having been working all day, quickly started checking to diagnose the problem - talking me through everything he was doing. He discovered that my two BT extensions were dead, accounting for the problem with the Broadband and the cordless telephones. He dealt with the problem and everything was put back in working order - my cordless phones and Broadband worked perfectly. I am delighted and I know exactly who I will be calling when I have any further problems. Thank you very much Shane.
