Amazing. Would definitely recommend to others. I brought my iPhone here after getting a dodgy screen repair from a different company and ripped off as my phone broke again a few days later. The staff at icomm solutions were really helpful and friendly, especially the young lad who helped me with directions to the place! Handed my iPhone over and was told by the technician it would take approximately half an hour to fix, but he managed to fix it in about 10 minutes! Had no problems with my phone since. I am a very happy customer, thank you!
Disgusting service received by this company. Absolute joke! Took my ipad 2 mini in for an Lcd repair on a Tuesday. Told it would be repaired for the Friday if I called up on the Wednesday to authorised the work which I did. The technician confirmed that the ipad was in immaculate condition with not a scratch on it and how well looked after it was. Didn't hear anything at all so called on Friday and the technician advised they just received the authorisation on Friday to carry out the work. As patient as I am, I let it go as a human error and was told it would be ready on Tuesday. Called on Tuesday and told the technician will call back - nothing! Called on Wednesday and told the same thing - nothing! Called and emailed on Thursday - Yeh you guessed it - nothing! Friday receive an email in the afternoon to say the part is not available and has been ordered and will take a week to arrive and if happy to wait. I just want the thing fixed so happy to wait as long as I am kept in the loop which was agreed. A week passes with no updates at all so call on the Tuesday - no notes on the system - will get the technician to call - haha Yeh right - no call! Called on the Wednesday - same thing! Called on the Thursday - same thing! Called on Friday (beginning to feel like groundhog day) same message again! Called on monday and as helpful as the guy was trying to be who also promised a callback - Yeh you guessed it - nope, Nada! I called on Tuesday and omg I managed to get the technician who actually answered the phone! Almost had a heart attack as this was not expected! He said the part should arrive tomorrow and will call when ready. Obviously that was not good enough so asked why there were no replys to the many calls that had been made. "I have no update so there is nothing for me to tell you". You what?! So the part hasn't come in and you can't even give an update to say it's not in? What kind of service is that? Having to chase and never getting a call back for something that should have been 2 days now being 4 weeks. I make this point to him and he starts to get angry and tells me to come collect the device as he does not want to fix it? Bravo mate - excellent service you are providing. I told him I want it fixed as he said at the beginning of the call that it would be ready today and he said no as the part wont be in (did you lie to me at the begining of the call then?) and to collect the device. I went to collect the device today and the technician wasn't in (typical) The worker just gave the device back and low and behold there is now a big scratch on the screen. I showed the worker and he said sorry can't do anything. I just wanted to get out of there as my blood was already boiling!The service this company has given is an absolute disgrace. My ipad was supposed to go in for a repair and comes out worse off and not even repaired! The technician Attique is incredibly rude and the way your device is handled by them is shocking for it to be returned to you with a scratched screen is shocking!This company should be well avoided as the service you receive is diabolical. Turned up unannounced at lunchtime today to get a glass replacement on an iPad Air 1st gen. Asked how long it would take. To my surprise, they said 2 hours. I was expecting a couple of days. VThey kept to their word and 2 hours later, I had a text to say it was all done. I had seen slightly cheaper repairs on the Internet, but they were getting bad reviews and also involved sending the iPad off, and turn around was about 7 days. Very happy with IcommSolutions repair, just shows you get what you pay for. Would recommend to all.

Had a screen repair here just 2 and a half weeks ago, without damaging the phone in any way a black ink splodge appeared on the screen, returned to icomm who were adamant it was due to damage and I would have to pay for another screen replacement. I took the phone to Timsons instead who looked at the phone and said it was due to a faulty screen being used when the repair was carried out as you cannot damage the lcd screen without damaging the outer screen. I will never use icomm ever again I used to really rate these guys and recommended lots of people but not anymore stay away go elsewhere. Timsons are cheaper and faster for iPhone repairs and also give you a 12 month warranty for the screen.
Replaced Z3 screen February 2015, had to go bk in at least 9 times as kept lifting both front and bk. Last went bk October 2015. Screens lifted again and they have washed hands of helping sort their substandard repair. Sort advice from citizens advice and trading standards who have opened a case and advised me to request my money bk as materials used must be of a satisfactory standard and reasonable care and skill to supply a lasting repair should have been provided, and no extra costs should be incurred by the customer. Next step County Court to reclaim my money. With response to the below, the screen broke as it was lifted to the extent that the glass was fragile and vulnerable and as an engineer you should realise that the glass is more vulnerable as the screen was actually wobbling around and not fixed due to your poor substandard repair and materials. The reason why you collected from my work was because after a MINIMUM of 18x of travelling from Bugbrooke to Moulton Park, ie there to drop off = 2 journeys and collecting the next day = 2 journeys, again due to your substandard poor Workmanship, you agreed that this was unreasonable for me to continue doing this and in the end picked up from my work on ONE occasion! As mentioned I telephoned to discuss your last attempt made to put the screen back in place, October 2015 and you have said you will charge me £50 to restick your shoddy repair! Hence I contacted trading standards who have opened a case and advised me to send you a 14 day letter requesting my money back ~ as this repair did not confirm to the repair of goods act and did NOT last for a satisfactory amount of time. They have said that your refusal to fix as "out of 3 month warranty" is not acceptable and is not worth the paper it's written on!Moreexpand_more
My iPhone 5 was not charging. I searched the net for phone repair centre and chose iComms Solutions based on good reviews. My phone was repaired while I wait at a very reasonable price including a spare part and labour cost. Great friendly service. Highly recommend.
Fitted new casing on my Blackberry torch 9800. The job was a bit to complex for me to have the confidence to do. Phoned up on Sunday and was told it could be done while I wait. Did a great job in about 15 mins. Would recommend to anyone. I would not go anywhere else.
Absolutely fantastic service! I contacted iComm Solutions after having cracked the front screen and back case of my iPhone 4s. I spoke to a gentleman who was extremely knowledgable and friendly. He eased my worries and reassured me that genuine apple parts would be used. My phone was fixed the same day and I even managed to purchase a protective case. The price was reasonsable and I will definitely be recommending this company. Thank you for all your help.
