Ripped off, agreed a price to extend the hire of fridge van, then charged a higher rate when van handed back. Also claimed vehicle damage to hold back more money after the vehicle was inspected on hand back and signed off no damage. Would not go back.

An excellent company to deal with. Contactable any time, nothing was too much trouble, super easy process from start to finish. My only grumble is the excess on the van we hired being so high. I totally understand that Icicle have no control over this, but it's unbelievable that insurance companies are asking for a £3500. Apart from that, I would thoroughly recommend this company and their super friendly staff (especially Sean and Marilyne).

Had vehicle delivered to me at 2 separate locations, cost was far cheaper than other options. Fantastic service and will certainly use again.
