Sourced replacement Coleman Shelter poles from Ibex who were very responsive, quick to fulfil and helpful throughout. Customer service was polite, friendly and personal. Very happy to have discovered Ibex and would gladly use again and recommend to others.

We booked IBEX Camping to deliver and erect a hired tent, air beds, table, chairs and a washing table. We were very happy to arrive at our campsite to find everything we asked for was there ready for use. On our departure, IBEX camping returned to collect their items and we were able to leave without the stress of packing everything away. We would definitely recommend this company and would use them again in the future.

I received the dog stakes I ordered on Monday today (Thursday). Fantastic price - even better than Amazon and ebay, prompt, polite and helpful service and great quality product.

My first experience of Ibex was when I popped in to the office/showroom on a whim in order to browse around. Despite them being 'closed' for stock control I was welcomed in and subsequently opted to purchase a collapsible table and two folding chairs. Unfortunately my chosen colorway for the chairs were not currently available from stock. Was trusted to walk out with the table whilst the chairs were pending arrival. They asked only for an email address for contact purposes as to when my order would be available, although I produced ID as it felt so strange to be treated in such a trusting matter within today's modern retail world. Subsequently billed and charged only when chairs arrived for collection a week or so later. Such extremely friendly and personal service from this (apparently small) family run enterprise really was a joy to behold. Unfortunately, I was already in possession of the vast majority of my camping requirements before discovering Ibex so I have not been a prolific customer. However, they will always be one of my first 'go to' options for any further purchases and I am more too willing to recommend the use of their services.Moreexpand_more

Having contacted a number of Cambridge stores to find canvas waterproofing spray for tents I found the majority of staff didn't know their products. Staff here were extremely helpful and supportive with expertise and knowledge on products. Would definitely use again.
