I’ve been using I’m Your PA for the past 12 months, and I can honestly say they have transformed the way I run my business. Before working with them, I was constantly torn between answering the phone and serving the customer in front of me. I’d be in a loft, under the stairs, mid-repair, or walking into a customer’s home and the phone would ring. It felt rude, unprofessional, and chaotic. This team have given our team a new lease of life! The freedom of not having to return lots of calls at the end of the day is immense - Michele and her team just get things sorted and customers are able to speak to a real person when they call. They really understood our needs and on the odd occasion when something didn't go quite right handled it perfectly.

Michelle and her team provide a service to answer my phones outside of office hours. The service has been excellent and we have noticed that the number of appointments booked outside office hours has increased. The great thing about the service is that my customers don't realise that they are not talking to Valentines Blinds.
I'm your PA swim in a congested pond and it's hard to compare providers as they all make similar claims. However Michelle and her team really do hit the nail square, providing way more than most VA services and at a seriously good rate.
