Before starting Hyperlinked, I spent over five years working in the glazing industry in a sales role. That experience gave me a real understanding of how trade businesses operate and how much they struggle to get a decent, affordable website that actually generates enquiries. I started Hyperlinked to fix that. I build websites specifically for tradespeople because I know the industry, I know what customers are looking for and I know what information needs to be front and centre to turn a website visitor into a phone call.
