They didnt take all of my stuff from my flat to my new house. I called up and they claim there was a miscommunication. At the end of the day I feel like they should have taken all of my stuff from 1 house to the next. I am now having to drive back and forth to get the rest of my things. They said they were going to take my outdoor table and chairs but they left that. They said because they took my push bike and some pillows that it works out the same. Mistakes happen, I get that, but a removal company not taking all the items in the house to the new house just isnt right. What a shame, as the actual mover were nice people.

Really happy with the service provided by Hussey Removals. Liam and Mark did super job, they were on time and really careful with the furniture while moving it. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Ian and his team were exceptional. Our move was a little unusual, location wise, but Ian factored this in and everything went smoothly. We used Husseys for our last 2 moves and the lads are great. For our big move from Newcastle up to Glasgow, Ian was a great help and expertly assessed how many boxes we would need for moving. On the day of the move, they were very speedy and efficient, took care not to damage anything despite us having some delicate possessions, and finished everything ahead of time and with great professionalism and service. Absolutely worth the money, I highly recommend going with Hussey Removals for anyone moving into, out of, or around the Northeast!

The lads moved us last week and I have nothing but high praise to share about them. They were very professional, polite and provided an excellent service. Although they had to wait for a couple of hours in the afternoon as the sale was going through they were outstanding. I would wholeheartedly recommend to friends and family.

On 18. 10. 10 Ian and his team undertook a house move for my mum who is in her 80’s. Their service, professionalism and attitude was nothing short of excellent. Nothing was too much bother and all of her furniture and belongings arrived safely at her new address with them consulting her constantly to ensure that everything was deposited in the correct room and to her liking. I cannot thank them enough or recommend them any higher. They made what could have been a very stressful day for her really painless, and for that I cannot thank them enough.

Hussey Removals helped move into our new home. The service was exceptional. The 3 movers were extremely professional, helpful and courteous. They were very efficient, careful and helped rebuild our furniture quickly and carefully. Communication was excellent and pricing was extremely reasonable, especially given the quality of the help. They helped us with a few extra things at the end of the move. The whole process was much easier than we had expected. Thank you very much for a great move! We highly them.

Ian and his team were fantastic from quotation to delivery of our final item. I find it easier to communicate via email when I am at work and I always received prompt responses and clear information. Unfortunately I had to rearrange my removal day as our completion date changed last minute, Ian was extremely understanding and able to accommodate our new date at short notice. The team were professional, friendly and calming! They arrived at our new house in time for the midday completion and did not grumble when the sellers were delayed by about an hour! They unpacked, went to collect more belongings from another address for us and did everything so professionally. They even built a little bridge from the van to the door, placed cardboard on the floor, etc to prevent bringing mud into the house on a rainy day. I would recommend this team to anyone moving house.

Punctual, very careful, courteous, friendly, hard working crew - both in difficult snow conditions and carrying furniture up to 2nd floor flat with lift out of action. Made the extra effort to get the jobs done to our satisfaction. Used them twice.

Used Husseys to move a bed, heavy furniture, tables etc from Gosforth to the coast. Arrived promptly and everything was soon loaded into their van and transported to new location. We cannot recommend them highly enough. They even unloaded all items from my car. Very cheerful chaps and will definety use them again if ever needed a removal Company.

I was recommended Hussey's by two friends of mine and their service from start to finish has been excellent! They arrived on time, professionally kitted out and nothing was too much trouble. The team worked literally flat out in 20+ degree heat moving us and our two kids from a 3-storey house (lots of stairs! ) took apart and reassembled two beds, and helped to pack everything up (would also highly recommend their packing service too). Because of the “good” reviews I asked this company to move me from a two bed upper flat to a two bedrooms house. I was provided with a quote for £300 plus vat. However. They BROKE THE INTERCOM COMPLETELY OFF THE WALL INSIDE THE FLAT and on the stairs they SMASHED IN THE CEILING which cost me me my bond deposit! I WASNT OFFERED A REFUND OF EVEN COMPENSATION! Ian Hussey was very rude and Unprofessional. D0 NOT use this company! Pictures provided on request!

Hussey Removals were recommended by a friend and I can certainly see why. The team were so helpful, before and during the move and the day went like clockwork. Two vans and a team of five polite, hard working and genuinely nice guys. They took great care with fragile items and they had specialist wrappings for tv etc. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Hussys moved us into a pedestrianised street with an awkward back lane, they used two vans and heaps of men and got it all done with no problems. You could tell the men all worked together well, they were polite and smart and good banter to have around. They are a local firm, for local people and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

We moved from Cullercoats to Whitley Bay and the Hussey team didn't disappoint! The day was totally stress free and all belongings were moved quickly and safely. I've already recommended the team and wouldn't hesitate to use them again if ever needed.

Would not hesitate to recommend. Although it was just a local move I had some difficult items of furniture. It seemed impossible to get a large Victorian piano into this smaller house but the lads wouldn't give up and it was placed exactly where I wanted. They were polite and helpful every step of the way and all three worked incredibly hard. Excellent.

Very helpful and efficient, for a move arranged at less than a week's notice, and with another firm doing the packing. The loading and unloading went very smoothly, with friendly and helpful service.
