Fitted replacement inverter to an existing system with a defective inverter. Recommendations were apparently reasonable and the work was carried out promptly with no problems.

I had a full system system installed. 16 panels ion total. Quote was realistic and did not change Work was done quickly and efficiently with little disturbance to our household. My panels have been working well since January 2014. My first cheque from my electricity supplier was larger than expected and most welcome. I would unreservedly recommend this company.

Before purchase, the product was explained clearly and predicted savings and FIT payments were provided as a guide. Work was carried out quickly with minimum disruption. Workmen were friendly and knowledgable about the product. Aftercare so far seems to be good. We have already made more than expected savings on electricity bills and are very pleased with our FIT returns. I would recommend this company highly both for their service and the quality of workmanship and product.

This was a very professional service from the estimate to the after sales service. All the options were discussed and costed. The installation was perfect with very courteous staff. The quotation was well presented and the selection criteria clearly explained. Installation was carried out to the agreed timescale by people who knew what they were doing. Full assistance was given with paperwork, though the registration process was prolonged by one document provided not being the latest issue.

During the discussions before I ordered they took time make sure they understood exactly what I expected from the system and then designed one to meet my requirements. HRSS installed a system at my friends bungalow who highly recommended Steve and his team to myself. Steve and the team at HRSolar have recently completed installation of a 4Kw system facing East West on my end terrace. Unlike the other two quotes I sort, being the owner of the business, Steve actually looked at my specific requirements and advised as to the system specifications, shading issues and location of the panels to make best use of my situation giving me all the info with no pressure. Far better than the salesmen reps of the larger companies. This and the attention to the instillation, support with registration of the system for the feed-in tariff and ensuring the system was running smoothly all made the process stress free. After thinking for sometime about solar panels our choice for installation was H R Solutions who gave us clear and " understandable " technical information regarding the best system for our requirements. We have been impressed that thoughout safety has been a top priority with this company, from the pre-installation checks to commissioning. The installation took only one and half days due I feel to the pre- installation checks - everything prepared so no suprises on the day, and Steve was always around to ensure a seamless service was provided.
