HR is our passion and the HR Revolution is something we started planning back in 2010. So after a fantastic year of developing and building our brand we launched HR Revolution on 1st January 2011. We have gone from strength to strength ever since, recruiting businesses to work with us in our mission to revolutionise the way in which HR and people are involved in business.
We approach everything with a result in mind. Our experience ensures that we offer the most up to date and strategic advice, to reduce and limit people problems and ensure you have an effective people structure that will see our business thrive in the years to come.
We love nothing more than working with entrepreneurial thinking businesses to help engage and drive their people to achieve. Our philosophy is simple; focus on your people, hire, on-board, train, manage and develop them and the bottom line will look after itself. HR Revolution has an expanding customer base throughout the UK, including Corporate, Media Startups, UK Startups, SME companies.
HR consultants, talent management specialists and hr generalists all supported by an amazing behind the scenes team, fully qualified and experienced, qualified with CIPD, REC and IRP.
The business is owned by Wendy Read who has been involved in the human resources and talent management business for many years. Wendy is extremely experienced in Startups, managing and running the business, having previously owned ITRM Ltd and worked at a senior level within a number of other businesses in this sector.
