After a turbulent year, I was in a desperate need for a break of some sort. However with an array of pets : Fish, two cats and a dog. I new that I needed to find an alternative to expensive kenneling. My friend recommended to me that I join a House sitting network. After a lot of research I decided to register with HouseSitMatch. Com, due to its friendly human approach and reasonable registration fees. I soon found the perfect house sitter for my animals, a very pet loving individual with all police checks. After exchanging a few emails and even a skype to introduce all the animals, we soon began planning dates! She was wonderful with the animals and really put me at ease, sending me photos of them enjoying themselves. She even made a dinner for me to come home too. I really couldn't have got away, like I so desperately needed without using House sit match. I have also made a great friend out of using the site, and we are both planning to meet again next summer! Going on holiday or away for the weekend is supposed to be a time to relax and not worry about what is going on back home and how well our pets are looked after. Well our minds were put at rest when a friend mentioned “House Sit Match, you will find them like your Genie in the bottle! ” and we should give them a try. Well the rest was history.
