Sam is currently our managing agent for our flats. She is great, professional, she keeps me updated regularly and is always available when I need to discuss anything. She’s full of knowledge and considering the headache we received with the last agent, the transfer to her has been smooth even if she is also clearing up the last agents mess for us. I would recommend them to manage your property if you ever decide to let. You know she’ll treat it like it’s her own!

A very friendly and helpful agent they have helped me understand what I am currently going through in the property I am currently in which isn't one of there's I may add. However they have answered every question and reached out to help me when they didn't need to. I am currently with this estate agent who have trapped me into a contract and won't abide by their own contract rules to release me after the initial 16 weeks. Customer service is worse then poor. They are likely to remove this review as they cannot seem to accept bad press. Worst estate agents ever, avoid at all cost.

Hannon's are the best and most competent Estate Agents I have used. Right through from sale…Which took 10 days…To completion with the chain chasing and advice involved. I always spoke to the same person which made for continuity. Oh and did I mention they are most considerate, pleasant people, involved in a very pressurised industry. Would I recommend them ? Most certainly.

They went above and beyond for me, Sam was incredible and very persistent to get every one working towards the same goal. I will be using them again 100%.

I have not sold for 15 years and was really confused with who to use and value my house, I contacted Sam to value my property. I had another agents in before her and was bit sold by all the fancy folders and paperwork that they bring to show you and what they do. I thought this is the process all agents follow. When Sam came to value the house she went through everything with me no fancy lip service just what my house was worth and what the next steps are. She went through everything with me, bits that I didn't even think were needed and other agents didn't go through this, I found the service to be fantastic as she went through everything with me, the service was also fantastic and allowed me to ask questions which when I asked the other agents they just wanted to know if I was going to sell and they would be happy to market the house that week. I found that Sam offers a fair and reasonable cost she was not pushy at all and you could tell she had my interest first.
