House of Stand Up

A great and value for money night out,aproffesional and very enjoyable evening.

For us personally it was an enjoyable one off event.

I have been to 2 of these gigs now, and I have been more than presently surprised by the quality and professionalism of the set up and the acts themselves. The only thing lacking is support for this fantastic new club, which I am sure with time will become hugely successful! I would implore anyone to give this club a visit to brighten up and otherwise dull Tuesday evening.

House of Stand Up put on a fantastic show. Spent the whole night splitting my sides. Excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it.

I went along to the July 5th evening - with reasonably low expectations. What a super evening - the quality of the acts far exceeded my expectations. A good relaxed atmosphere and some very funny comedy made for a great evening. Personally having done several London based comedy clubs I was expecting much less for £10. I had a great evening and will be returning in August. I am very happy to recommend a night out at House of Stand Up - spot on!

It's impossible to laugh more than in an intimate venue with the comedians only feet away. It seems crazy to pay a small fortune to sit at the back of Wembley Arena straining to hear. We had amazing fun and for only £10 each! A great night out and formidable value!

A really great night out full of plenty of laughs. The club has an intimate feel and the selection of comedy acts are top class! The bar is very reasonably priced if you fancy a drink and the tickets are good value for money, even more so as part of a larger booking group. Keep up the good work Trevor.

I have never been to a Comedy night before so I have no reference point, but I do like to Laugh and I did consistently through the evening. Strangely I found the earlier acts more amusing than the head line act, probably empathising with their self deprecation. It's funny how as we advance we are inclined to lose our humility which I find an endearing trait. Needless to say the Autistic Comic with his endless stream of one liners and his distinctive gait had me when he said that his Mum was disappointed when she found out that he wasn't going to be a doctor. Of course the opening act made it difficult for every body my sides are still aching. I found the MC just a little risque`, needlessly I must add because she was very funny anyway and kept the evening on the boil until its conclusion. I visited the House of Stand Up last week and found it to be all that the advertisements say it is! It was very well organised, the performers were of a high standard and my ribs ached through laughter, for two days afterwards! It's a clean, cosy welcoming venue, with a large bar and excellent food. I recommend it highly.

A Great night of entertainment, as i was new to a comedy event i had no idea what to expect me and my wife were well looked after great entertainment from top quality acts. I have and will continue to bring more friends every month. A very enjoyable evening for everyone.

Very funny comics in relaxed atmosphere. Would go again and recommend.
