Fabulous people and a fantastic service. After the loss of my father they took the stress of cleaning his house away. Shelley definitely worked some kind of magic to make the house look spotless…Especially the carpet, which I thought would need replacing. The house needed to be completely redecorated and David repainted all the rooms, walls and gloss work, to a high quality and with much care and attention. I would definitely use them again and recommend them for any size job.

We are always quick to post negative reviews when we are dissatisfied but not as quick when we are pleased. The whole team who did the work at my dad’s were fantastic from the first call right through to finishing. They were excellent with communication, and went out of there way to help me out at short notice. Shelley from my initial call gave first class service, and the actual cleaning was done very professionally and thoroughly. I honestly recommend these guys if you are looking for some assistance with cleaning because they were fantastic.

The House Fairies team were brilliant. Emma did my regular clean and Shelley and the team did an end of tenancy clean for me as well. Genuine value for every penny spent. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

House Fairies worked their magic on my late father-in-law's bungalow to prepare it for sale. It looked, felt and smelt totally transformed when they'd finished; Even areas with built-up dirt and grime sparkled! They were really sensitive when discussing the job and they positioned the furniture and 'dressed' it with real care and attention. All round very, very impressed with the service.

After having had a number of 'cleaners' in the past by putting little ads in the post office and such, our company decided to do things in a more professional manner and contacted House Fairies. From the word go, everything was done with careful consideration and taking the measures that were in place as a result of the Covid-19 outbreak into account. On the first day of Tracy coming into the premises, it was abundantly clear that not only was she a very pleasant person who was easy to talk to but she was also very good at what she did and paid attention to little details which had previously been ignored. Based on our experience, we certainly wouldn't hesitate in recommending House Fairies to anybody.

Been with house fairies now about 8 month. Found this very hard because our cleaner Lynda is amazing, from the minute she walks in she doesn’t stop and the house looks and smells beautiful, Cleans to a very high standard best thing we ever did excellent.

This review is from my mother who can’t quite grasp the internet and not myself. Joanne started doing my cleaning in Dec 2019. Joanne quickly picked up the things that I mainly wanted doing each time she came such as washing kitchen and bathroom floors Hoovering Polishing ect. Joanne will do other things when I ask her such as changing my bedding cleaning tiles in kitchen. Joanne is alway's on time and stay's for the time that she should, she is very easy to talk to. If something has been done that I am not happy about and I tell her about it she quickly rectifies it, this has only happened once, but that gives me the confidence to talk to her about anything else that may crop up, ………. I’ve had a one off clean recently and I just wanted to say that the standard was absolutely amazing. I had a five star experience throughout. The manager who came to see me was helpful, friendly and even came to do the clean herself with another staff member to make sure all went well. My house gleams from top to bottom and I could not be happier with the finished result. I would definitely recommend House Fairies and use their services again.
