We had prompt and efficient service and the work was completed entirely satisfactorily.

I run a large holiday let with a hot tub. This is constantly being used by guests so when we require a part its always very short notice as we want to get rectified for next guest arriving. Hot Tub Doctors have been a great partnership and have come to my rescue on a few occasions. They go above and beyond every time and are a delight to deal with. Cant recommend enough.

I approached Jerry and the team to re-commission a hottub that had some issues and hasn't been switched on since before Covid. Jerry explained very clearly, how they would go about the repairs and recommissioning. He was very clear about the pricing. I knew exactly what to expect. The engineer was superb. (Poor guy got soaked in the rain. ) He did a wonderful job. Our hottub is back in service, much to our delight. I highly recommend Hottub Doctors.

Contacted Hottub Doctors as my hottub would not switch on. From the first contact with the lady who answered the telephone to the engineer who came to fix the hot tub the service was excellent. Friendly, helpful and professional. This is not the first time I have used them and the service has never been anything but exceptional. Highly recommended.

Hottub Doctors fitted an Air Source Heat Pump to our new Aquatic 6 swim spa, from start to finish everything was outstanding, I would highly recommend them.

Jay identified our pump problem within seconds, fixed it quickly and did a brilliant job in cleaning the hot tub making it look as though it was brand new.

Hot Tub was tripping out CBs and giving error messages. I have used them before and found them responsive, this time was no exception, The engineer arrived when expected, analysed the problem (in the pouring rain) and found one I did not know about, explained the possible actions which we discussed and agreed the solution. All done and dusted in about 1 ½ hours and the hot tub up and working. I doubt I would have been as cheerful and pleasant as he was in dreadful weather. In summary excellent service and reasonably priced. Use them with confidence.

The guys came out to fix my tub in the poring down of rain and spent all day on it. Very professional/ friendly very pleased with the service as had another company out that could/ would not fix it. The pump was replaced all parts to complete this job were in the van, the tub also had a full service, Jay the engineer arrived early in the morning and set about the work in a very professional manner explaing every aspect of the work he was doing, so great service, value and quality, great team to deal with and I will be using them for all future work.

I have a Hot Tub in France, and a pool in UK, so I can honestly tell you that I have never received from any company in UK nor in France the kind of generous, diligent and informative service that I get from Hottub Doctors. Nothing is too much trouble, and they 'hold your hand' on all aspects of technical difficulty. Spare parts are easily accessible. 'Hottub Doctors' was recommended to me by a Hot tub supplier in Hungary and I'm so grateful to them for providing me with this excellent contact.

Sunday morning the hot tub has a wobble won t heat up. Need it today ring hot tub doctor 15 mins on phone and it is up and running also sent written instruction on fix. Can t get better. Thanks to Jerry.

Engineer s jay and wayne were great polite and professional fixed leaks replaced timber to the bottom of the tup quality job start to finish I can highly recommed jerrys hot tub doctors second time I have used there services outstanding.

Recently used hot tub doctors twice, needed a new cover and then a new cover lifter, great service from Jerry who also managed to source me some new pillows. Tom was also very helpful with advise on the lifter. Wayne came out on both occasions really friendly and professional company would definitely use again and recommend .

Even over the Christmas period this company went above and beyond- when I first searched good for a hot tub fixer! Lol- a few came up so I contacted a few different places - some couldn’t come out till jan 2021 but the the hot tub doctor squeezed me in and was with me the next day- the guy who came out was very professional and offered an exceptional service and fixing my tub then and there! Worth every penny! Hot tub up and running- many of cold nights spent in the hot tub…. Today is the 28th dec 2020- we had an issue with the heater- well we thought we did- only to find out it was me being stupid and not understanding how to work it properly- low and behold Jerry was on hand to talk me through it over the phone and what buttons to press to get heater working on my digital pad- (I’m blonde) ? He even emailed me the instructions …. I wouldn’t use any other company now, just goes to show even through this pandemic there are still people out there that are prepared to go above and beyond ! Absolutely a wonderful firm nothing was too much trouble. They fitted me with a new pump and now I can enjoy my hot tub. I would highly recommend this company nothing was too much trouble and Simon the engineer was a lovely man.

Excellent service, can’t thank the team enough as they came all the way to Fort William to totally transform my old tub. They were professional and punctual and used quality equipment, all at a very reasonable price. They even phoned after to check that I was comfortable with all the control settings and how to use the chemicals. Thanks again to Jerry and team.
