I started Hope Tech Solutions because I saw a real gap in the market for affordable, honest, and approachable tech services – especially in things like Wi-Fi, networking, and CCTV. Too many people were being overcharged or left confused by jargon and rushed jobs. I wanted to change that.

With years of hands-on experience in telecoms and tech, I knew I could offer something better – a service that’s personal, local, and built on trust. I’ve always been passionate about solving problems and helping people feel safe, connected, and confident with their tech – so turning that into a business felt like the natural next step.

Now, I get to do what I love every day – and make a positive impact in my community.

At HopeTelecom Solutions, we bring over a decade of experience in installation and network engineering across the telecommunications and internet sectors. Our founder began his career in the British Army as a Communication Systems Engineer, working on NATO projects both in the UK and overseas. This foundation led to a successful career.

Most recently, in June 2024, our founder completed a six-year career with Openreach, where he progressed from Apprentice to Engineer, and ultimately to Advanced Network Engineer. During his time at Openreach, he was selected for the North Leadership Academy, further enhancing his technical expertise and leadership capabilities. With a strong passion for the telecoms and internet industry, HopeTelecom Solutions was built on the values of reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. We take pride in completing complex projects on time and within budget, consistently exceeding customer expectations and contributing to long-term client satisfaction and business growth.
