Mindfulness and stress management coaching are two separate coaching, it goes on the approach. Discount if you wish to have both types of coaching. Discounts are down to coach discretion. The approaches are different. You pay for the skill level and time not the zoom calls.
Every week there is different topics including emotions regulation, dealing with difficult emotions, self-care support. There is a max of 6 sessions for mindfulness which is X1 session per week. Blocks of X3 bookings.
