Tracy and her team are pleasant to deal with and they do a good job of the paperwork. However basic practical issues are not deal with efficiently. For example, it took Honeydell three months to arrange clearance of furniture dumped in the communal garden. The prominent letting agent responsible complained they were not notified. We are currently on month six for the latest removal request from the landlord. Three months ago notices were requested on the items to facilitate removal. I have spoken to Tracy directly and the issue is apparently that the owner of the items is upset that the landlord has requested the items removed as per the lease.
