After months of searching, we finally found a perfect property to rent through Homewood Homes and we can honestly say that both Bradley and Samantha have been incredibly helpful, clear and considerate at every step along the way, right from the viewing to the move in date. We’ve been very impressed with their high standard of customer service, striking the right balance between professionalism and friendliness. They are always very quick to respond to queries and have been extremely cooperative. Bradley at Homewood Homes is a our new lettings agent and manages the property for me too. He has been very helpful even before the contract with the previous agents expired and found me new tenants for the flat straight after remedial work had been completed. This work comprised new floor coverings for kitchen and bathroom and also for doors to be re-hung. I moved to one of Homewood's properties (Denmark Hill) in September. It was lovely to see a property that actually looked like the pictures provided. Bradley and Samantha were incredibly helpful and honest from the very first day, and renting through them was very easy. I rented a property through Homewood Homes and was very impressed with the service. Sam and Bradley have been consistently personable, approachable and helpful throughout the entire process and have been very efficient at responding to any communication. Because they are an independent agency and not a large chain, the service has always felt much more personalised- they have always made me feel that their tenants are as important to them as their landlords. The agency fees were slightly higher than I have previously paid but this has been reflected in the service I have received. I had my entire deposit repaid in full immediately upon vacating the property- with previous agencies I have waited weeks or even months for this to be reimbursed. 2 Bed Flat in Denmark Hill. A superb service. Took all hassle out of our flat rental. Homewood Homes dealt with everything, did not even need to do anything of change over days. From finding new tenants to sorting deposits everything has been totally stress free. Very good value for the work it has saved my wife and I.

Friendly couple who run their own property letting and management company out of South London. They kept me informed, and as involved as I wanted to be, throughout the letting and management of my house and found me 4 lovely tenants. They've been very hands on in managing the property and have successfully handled a couple of minor issues (water leakage & damp) that required some work to be done and could easily have escalated into something more serious. I've been consulted along the way and have never felt that I'm being ripped off at all. I'd recommend them to friends.

Homewood Homes is a great company and made the process of moving very smooth indeed. After initially contacting them, they were swiftest to reply of all the agents we'd registered with, and organised a viewing very quickly. Once that was done, they made the process of credit checks, documentation &c very smooth indeed and navigated us through it. Both Samantha and Bradley are friendly, helpful and efficient, and being a small company you get a really personalised service - you don't feel like 'just another client'. The only issues were a couple of very minor ones with maintenance in the early days, probably the fault of the council or contractors as much as anything else. The cost of the credit checks and admin fees also seemed quite competitive compared to some other agents. All in all, this is a thoroughly recommended agency - goodness knows we've experienced enough to make the judgement!

Homewood Homes came to our rescue when we were moving house; sourcing a reasonably priced property in the area we had spent weeks looking in (Peckham Rye). Prior to that we had been being shown completely unsuitable places by other agents, or places that were completely out of the budget that we gave them. Since moving in June 2011, Homewood Homes have continued to be excellent, managing the property with prompt responses and resolutions for maintenance issues. We were unfortunately burgled recently and despite us not discovering it until we came home at seven o’clock, Homewood Homes were able to arrange for someone to come round that evening and secure the door, before returning the next morning to install new security measures that they had negotiated with the landlord.
