There are just two of us - Mick, in IT since 1998, and Josh, a familiar face to many Wharfedale households - so when you ring, one of us answers. No call centre, no jargon, no upselling. We fix the problem at your kitchen table, take things at your pace, and write the important bits down before we leave. If the honest answer is "don't spend the money", that's the answer you'll get.

We come to you - no unplugging everything and carrying it into a shop. The £95 call-out includes a genuine full hour: if the fix takes ten minutes, the rest of your time is for questions and a once-over of your other tech. £55 per hour after that, always agreed first. Many of our bookings come from sons and daughters arranging visits for mum or dad, and we're proud of that.
