I had Mark in to undertaken structural repairs and totally replaster the kitchen and bathroom of my house. And to also replaster two ceilings. Exceptional quality work and good friendly team of lads. Just about to get them in again at my new house.

Just had two lots of work carried out by Mark, one of which was opportunistic quoted whilst doing the first job but done the very next day. First was a removal of a mini partition wall to open up a room to make it more useable including making good of the plaster, woodwork, ceiling, concrete floor and fittings. Second was a skimming over of artex ceiling. They may not be the cheapest but I'm certain they are the best in Liverpool. Fantastic quality of work, friendly and obliging. Mark offers great advice using his experience which was really valued and appreciated. Excellent communication at every stage. I genuinely believe every tradesman should spend some time with Mark and see how it should be done. Fantastic tradesman and all round great bloke. Thanks.

Had Mark around to do some work in the kitchen area ie remove a wall, re-route pipe work, new electrics and plastering and with the help of his crew it was done in no time and looks really good. Nothing was to much trouble for Mark and was willing to do any of the work that you asked of him. Would use Homefix again. Thanks.

Nothing but praise for Mark. Had penetrating damp in downstairs room of house I'm renting out. Mark came out promptly, quoted very good price for the job. Turned up next day as arranged and completed work well witin specified time frame. He explained exactly what he would be doing and the benefits. I just wanted to thank Mark and his lads from Homefix who have just completed some structural work to my house to make the ground floor open plan. He gave us ideas and dealt with all the building regulations, plans and engineers and completed the work to a high standard and really quickly. We needed a damp and timber report doing on a property we were buying. Mark was quick to quote and, upon instruction, was quick to visit the property and had the report to us within a couple of days afterwards. Will definitely be using Mark\Homefix Builders again.

I own a house in liverpool which was in need of refurbishment. I had a few builders round to give quotes etc. I wasnt really happy with the prices I was getting and seemed to be waiting round for the quotes to get to me. Homefix came out straight away and I had my full quote the same day in the evening. The costs were a lot less than I had been quoted by other firms. After giving Homefix the go ahead the work was carried out very quickly and to a very high standard. All the men working on the house were very approachable and polite and nothing was to much trouble. I am very pleased I used Homefix Builders for the work I needed doing. I would definetly recommend this company to anyone.

We have used Homefix twice recently to do various improvements to our house. The first phase was fairly straightforward and Mark and his team carried out the work very efficiently and without any problems. The result was of a high standard and meets our needs. In the second phase, the staircase needed to be re-built and this required building inspector sign off. Again the work was carried out without any hassle and the building inspector was well satisfied with the new structure. When the work was finished and as they were just about to leave, one member of the team noticed a minor problem, which we had not even detected. Without being asked they returned the following working day to quickly rectify the problem. Such was their pride in their workmanship! I live in Ireland and own a couple of properties in Liverpool which I rent out. The tenants recently moved out and left the house in a right mess. The house had damp, broken doors, windows, collapsed flood damaged ceiling and kitchen etc etc. I called Homefix Builders and they gave me a very competitive quote to put the house right straight away. The work was all done to a very high standard, on time and on budget. Mark, the owner was first class. At the house from start to finish, always on hand and keen to help when I needed him. Mark and Chris from Homefix carried out a damp proof course on my property. From the time I made the telephone call for an estimate right through to the finished service they were reliable, approachable and trustworthy. The work was carried out in the time specified and to an excellent standard. I would highly recommend them to everyone and would have no doubts in future about contacting Homefix first.

We used Homefix Builders for a plastering job we needed completing in our soon to be baby's room. We are expecting our first child in a couple of months so wanted someone who was reliable, efficient and good value for money. This is exactly what we got with Homefix. Mark from Homefix Builders was a pleasure to deal with from day one. He was punctual, friendly and really listened to what we wanted. Mark arrived with clean dust sheets to place down on the day of the job and worked with minimal noise and mess. The job was completed to a very high standard and the finish to the plastering was just second to none! The builder arrived when expected and the plastering job was done efficiently. the two man team were very good and they cleaned up after the job was complete. I was very happy with the work done. I would recommend them to anyone requiring a good plasterer.

Like one of the other reviewers I called Homefix in after having some work done by a builder who left me with a botched job,a lot of stress and financially drained. After reading the reviews on this website, but still with some trepidation I rang Homefix. Mark assured me that I would see a big difference in his work compared to what had been done previously and he didn't let me down. I am really pleased with the work Mark and Chris did. It took just 2 days to complete and has been finished to a high standard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Homefix.

Homefix helped me with a house refurbishment I had undertaken. Initially, they completed a damp proof course for me and as the work was to a high standard and a reasonable price, I contracted for much more work including new ceilings, structural alterations, plastering and window installation. All done to a high standard and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Homefix.

I first used Homefix in 2004 and have used them off and on ever since. I'm a landlord and live outside the city so during any work being done a lot of agreements and arrangements have to be made over the phone. Mark is a good communicator and sticks to his word which is what I need. The first job they did for me was replacing a window frame that a tenant had damaged, the job ran into some complications but Homefix sorted these out with no extra cost to myself and the minimum of fuss. I would certainly recommend this building firm.

I really honestly can't speak highly enough of Homefix Builders. Unfortunately, they weren't the first building firm I rang and I had the misfortune of hiring a "cowboy" firm to start on the building jobs I needed doing in my home. I was having a brand new kitchen fitted but first of all I needed two rooms knocking into one and the whole place re-plastering and new doors/frames etc fitting. After only a day, I realised how bad the "cowboy" firm I'd hired really were (the plaster didn't meet the walls in the corners, the one newly plastered wall they did do wasn't straight, their woodwork was out of line etc) so I told them not to come back. Unfortunately I was left in a real fix, not knowing what to do, when a workmate recommended Homefix! Mark from Homefix came out that very same day to have a look and I'm glad to say he agreed to take the job on. Not only did he rectify the botched work of the initial builder but he and his team worked efficiently and quickly, attaining a high spec finish and professional quality of workmanship. Added to this, they were pleasant and amiable and Mark was very patient whenever I changed my mind over things I wanted doing (which I did a couple of times! ). I got Homefix out last year to do some building work and build a conservatory for us. Got a few quotes including Homefix. Got to say Mark, the owner come across as the best man for the job. He really went out of his way for us. Suggested many things we hadnt even thought of which made the whole job a lot better.
