My problem was my home telephone and BT initially stated the fault was in the Telephone Exchange. Later, when BT informed me that the fault was probably in my equipment and the call out charge was £130 I contacted Free Index. I got an immediate response from Homecomms UK Ltd and an early sunday morning visit from Patrick. He quickly established the fault was indeed in the exchange and subsequently "chased" BT and service was normalised at 1700 on the following monday. Finally, only made a "Visit Charge" for his services.
Having renovations done at home. Builder cut through our telephone/broadband cable. Homecomms came to us very quickly and fixed it very fast. Enginner who arrived was very friendly,and imformative and gave us tips on using out broadband. Thank you homecomms.
Run satellite cabling in our house, plus wired us up for broadband and lastly did some telephone wiring for us. From start to finish we were treated with courtesy and friendliness, work carried out was prompt, clean and tidy,It was also made very clear, that should we encounter any problems, to call him straight back, however, no problems whatsoever occurred. Highly recommended.
The Engineer who came to us to add a telephone extension to our business went out of his way to make sure we were totally satisifed with his work. He was available when we needed him at short notice and his work was very neat and tidyI definitely recommend Homecomms UK to anyone.
I was so pleased to find Homecomms. I had problems with my TV and broadband so I didn't want to have to call out two different companies. Homecomms arrived on time and were so helpful. The Engineer made sure he stayed until everything was working properly and even spoke to Sky on the phone to get the problem with my TV signal resolved! My broadband problem was actually to do with my laptop, so the Engineer actually fixed a new ethernet cable in my study so I didn't need to rely on the wireless network. Thank you so much.
Thank you so much for coming out to our office at such short notice. Getting back into our office after the long easter weekend holiday to find our fax line not working was not what we needed. Contacted homecomms at 9am. They were here at 11am. Did their magic,got our line back working in the space of 20mins. Wow. And ensured our business was able to function as normal. Our heros.
If you need a telecom engineer then i would definitely recommend Homecomms. I rang at 8am Monday. Had an engineer monday evening. My service prrovider couldnt give me an appt for 2 weeks and wanted to charge me a crazy amount just to fix a damged telephone point. Homecomms didnt even charge me a call out charge .
