RICS level 2 Homebuyers Reports, RICS level 3 Building Surveys (formerly Full Structural Surveys) and RICS accredited Red book valuations. Our aim is to provide easy to understand but comprehensive bespoke RICS reports. No flowery language, simple English which provides you with the information you need when making your purchase.
We are a family run business carrying out one survey per day. This allows us to dedicate the required time to the property and report.
