Home Maid Clean

Home Maid Clean are fantastic! I started to use them to Clean my carpet and now I can use them also for cleaning my house. They are professional, competent, very kind and their service is top rate! They offer an excellent value for money!

Used a subcontractor 7 months ago (I was not informed that it was subcontractor) who destroyed my velvet sofa. They still haven't owned up for it because their sub-contractor with whom I did not enter into a contractual relationship with, does not respond to his insurance. I have been chasing this for the past 7 months and they have been most unhelpful. Cannot recommend at all.

We had a large stain on our sofa that I had tried to get rid of, which didn’t work at all. Not only did the original stain remain, but I caused watermark damage too. I contacted Home Maid Clean, sent them pics of our sofa and they were able to send through a very reasonable quote straight away, and come the next day. Stain was removed and they also gave our sofa a great overall clean. I’d have no hesitation in recommending them for stain removal. They were actually recommended to me by a mattress cleaning company, so it seems they have a good reputation in the cleaning industry.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I prebooked the following: A deep FIVE hour clean with two cleaners, a professional carpet clean and a curtain clean as these were the jobs required - which was confirmed - for a two bedroom, 700 sq ft flat. The facts: Two cleaners turned up without a vacuum cleaner or cleaning materials. After showing them what needed doing, they agreed. An hour later, a representative from the company called to say they will not complete the clean as the property is a health hazard. My uncle has lived in the flat for 40 years with no health problems. The booking made and confirmed outlined: clean, carpet clean and curtain clean for 5 hours - which indicates the kind of job and tasks needed to be carried out. I believe the purpose of a cleaning company is to clean. Very unprofessional for a cleaning company to not carry out the pre-booked tasks. I have intentially overused the word ‘clean’ in this review. Hi, I would like to share my experience with their carpet cleaning service. We had 2 really bad coffee stains on our beige carpet. We were desperate that they are permanent stains and they will remain there forever. A friend of mine told me that she booked a steam cleaning with Home Maid Clean and they did a wonderful job, so we decided to give them a try. Tremendously professional and thorough. Carpets were deep cleaned and shampooed and look wonderful! Additionally, some furniture needed to be moved to accommodate the cleaning and this was able to happen swiftly and without disruption.
