Started using Frank around 7-8 years ago to look after are telephone, internet and WiFi. We've never had any issues with the work he's done and he's always make himself available to help with any advice we need. Highly recommended!

I wrote a negative review about Frank's recent service but after talking to him I realise this was my mistake, so I take back that one star and am replacing it with five stars!

Really great service thanks! Frank fixed the wireless internet issue in our home after other firms tried and failed. In comparison to what Frank (Home-Connect) did the other guys method seems half-baked and left us with intermittent issues - we now have a much easier to use, more comprehensive system with no issues - my thanks again!

Frank has given us excellent service during installation of our home alarm and cctv system. Good clear advise upfront and throughout the whole installing process. He is very knowledgeable and a good consciences and clean worker. We are very happy with the service he has provided and would thoroughly recommend him and not hesitate to use him again.

Highly recommended no hesitation. We found Frank to be very knowledgable of WIFI and CCTV. He responded very quickly to our enquiry, by visiting, listening to our thoughts, quickly producing a quote, explaining every piece of kit, pre-testing equipment and fitting all cables etc securely and unobtrusively. The CCTV product in particular is excellent.

Got my download speed up from 1Mbps to 8Mbps in under 90-minutes. Tidy work, all cables neat and secure. Would recommend.

Replaced my sister's internal phone wiring after her great-granddaughter's rabbit decided it was lunch fodder. The job was done that day after the initial contact at a price that makes BT's charging policy look criminal. Definitely an option for anybody needing telecommunications work doing in the local area (Wirral).

I would recommend this firm. Frank willingly returned to relocate a cable. Good attitude, knowledgable and reliable.

Frank explained everything we wanted to know about CCTV , and more! He is very knowledgable and explains things in an easy to understand way. He gives a full breakdown of the cost beforehand, so no hidden extras. He carried out his work efficiently and seemed to be well organised and very tidy! He offers after sales service and nothing appears to be too much trouble. Highly recommended. April 2017. We had security lights fitted and one of the sensors failed twice,each time Frank came out and the second time replaced the sensor at no extra charge with a different make. He stood by his promise of after sales service with no argument or quibbling. This was not Franks work it was a faulty sensor,now works perfectly. Highly recommended worker !

Small businesses like ours need reliable tradesman and Frank certainly is! Frank quoted for our office move, turned up on time and completed all cabling works on schedule with the minimum of fuss. I like the fact that Frank took the time to test everything would work before going ahead with the work to de-risk everything. Highly recommend.

Very efficient, experienced and went out of his way to help on other matters unrelated to job at hand. Would recommend to anyone, great value for money and competitive. Nothing is too much trouble.

Frank following our recent conversations I asked you to install CCTV for me, within a short time you came and sized up my requirements. You worked within my budget and I certainly feel a great deal safer in my own home. Following this you later installed security lighting at both front and back of my house replacing an old system. I am highly delighted with the results. So happy with Franks work that I am commissioning more work and would highly recommend him and his company to any persons who would need similar systems that he has installed for me. Certainly all my friends who have seen the system are very interested so I am hoping that this will give Frank more business. I can assure you that he is honest and trustworthy.
