Holden and Prescott have recently sold my house, Martin carrying out the valuation, Will and Jack being my day to day contacts. Everyone was very friendly, polite, and worked efficiently and competently to ensure the sale went through successfully. Many thanks to you all.

We have just bought our first home through Holden and Prescott. Ben has dealt with our purchase from start to finish and has been an absolute dream. He has been so on top of the whole process, been so informative and helpful at every step of the way we really couldn't have asked for more ! The whole process has been so streamline and easy, which is surprising when you hear some of the horror stories out there ! 10/10 couldn't recommend highly enough.

I can’t rate Holden and Prescott highly enough, it wasn’t the smoothest sale. It this was no fault of our agents however they dealt with every bump very professionally and I cannot fault their patience with my daily phone calls. Questions were answered quickly and thoroughly and the whole team treated us as individuals rather than just another sale, I have used them to sell 4 houses and purchased 2, highly recommend from valuation, photographer, viewing rep to all the staff in the office - perfect team.

I have dealt with Holden and Prescott for some time now. Martin has to my mind a wealth of knowledge concerning the housing market in and around the Macclesfield - Cheshire area. After following Martins advice re my property, we placed the house on the market on Friday and it had been sold on the Monday, 3 days, the house was priced right so did exactly as H&P said it would. The staff answered the phone, unlike some other estate agents. They worked hard to find the new house/home we were looking for, if they did not have an answer to hand, they called me back when they said they would. I have not problem with recommending Holden and Prescott to anyone wanting a excellent local estate agent. A job well done.

When we appointed Holden Prescott to sell our house we were unaware that they had recently won a national award. However, it soon became abundantly clear how they achieved this accolade. Martin came to see us one Friday and explained his valuation of the property. He also gave us the invaluable advice that we needed to declutter in order to make the house seem more spacious. The following Friday, Will came to measure up and take photos. The house went on the market on the following Tuesday and the photos looked great. On Wednesday/Thursday we had 8 viewings, and on Friday we agreed on a sale. Subsequently, when we needed to contact their office, each staff member that we spoke to was helpful and approachable.
