I cannot rate Hobden's Removals highly enough. We used their full multi-day packing and removals service including the option for furniture to be reassembled at our new home, which was priceless. Jamie and Alex were relentlessly efficient, friendly, respectful and very careful in packing all our belongings into neat stacks of boxes on day 1&2, loading up the vans for safe overnight storage. They were joined by the equally friendly Lewis for moving day and by the early evening, all the beds were up and we had everything we needed for night one. Jamie and Alex returned with the rest of our stuff on the final day and did a brilliant job of getting everything in the right room/garage without having to ask. This was a substantial move for us and the professional service we had from Hobdens made it very easy.

Hobdens have stored furniture and other belongings for us over 9 months while building works have been done on our house. The whole process has been made very easy by Hobdens from booking, collection, invoicing and a few delays caused by the building works overrunning. Nothing is too much trouble. Everything was returned today by Alex, Shane and Sam who epitomise this company - helpful, happy and efficient. Thank you!

Our move was complicated moving from one house to two properties however Hobdens were extremely helpful and efficient. From the moment when we met Sam for a quote until the actual move with Matt and Jamie they couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The lads turned up on time and worked very hard to pack the lorry up and unload. We would definitely recommend them.

Hobdens are so customer-centered at every level, from first contact right through to final goodbye when we were safely in our new home. We had Jamie and Tim move us this week over 2 days. From start to finish they were fabulous. We didn't get into our new home until late afternoon, due to the length of the chain. They worked so hard to unload everything for us, checking regularly with us that we were okay and it was okay to carry on. The next morning they came back to pick up the wardrobe boxes and any other boxes we had unpacked. They checked whether we needed any help in moving stuff around. They were always courteous, respectful and polite taking an interest in us and our family. They were absolutely lovely. They are great advocates for Hobdens! From start to finish the service Hobdens provided was first class…. We had an initial visit to assess the size of the removal, we received an email detailing costs, insurance and next steps within a short period of time, the day arrived and we weren’t disappointed the team arrived promptly and got to work, they were polite, friendly, efficient and most of all respectful of all “our stuff “ (and there was a lot of it! ) everything was put in the appropriate rooms and nothing was too much trouble. We moved on 20th of January. We had 5 chaps to do the removal, Tim, Jamie H. Lewis, Shane and Alex. They were very friendly and helpful, and although I thought we had a lot of stuff , they were very quick and efficient. Last week Hobden's moved us, and a lifetimes possession's, from Somerset to Suffolk. It was a mammoth task for all concerned and was planned and carried out in sometimes difficult circumstances. Hobden's were magnificent from the moment they quoted for the job to moment that Tim, Shane, Jamie and Jamie loaded us up before returning back to Bristol 3 days later. I would not hesitate to recommend Hobden's service to anyone.

We have used Hobdens before and they were our first choice to move my relatives from Derby to Clevedon. From initial contact with Sam and Matt, agreeing a fixed price and their admin was very easy to relate to and efficient. More importantly this was backed up by their pick up of furniture and boxes from a vacated house in Derby to delivery to Clevedon by their personable and very helpful team. All to an agreed figure, on time and no damage, an excellent service all round, well done!

Hobdens is a removal and storage company based in Clevedon, North Somerset. In November 2023, they collected items from my property in Yeolands Drive, Clevedon, and stored them until today, Friday, 5 July, coinciding with the national election results and Keir Starmer replacing Rishi Sunak as Prime Minister of the UK. The Hobdens van arrived at 10:00 hours, and two employees, Alex and Lewis, cheerfully and professionally delivered my items, placing them as requested in the garage, my new man cave, and the main property. The service from Hobdens was excellent, with polite and hardworking staff. The cost of storage was fantastic value, which pleasantly surprised me. I have no shares in Hobdens, but it’s worth making a five-minute call for a quote. It is highly recommended.
