Keith Lane, the owner of HIPCEA, is a fully qualified and accredited Home Inspector and Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA).

Sharon Lane, Business Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of the business including financial management, client liaison, diary management.

The firm provides a flexible and professional approach to delivering its products and services, in many cases EPCs can be provided on the same day of the inspection.

HIPCEA has an ever increasing client base which consists of home owners, housing associations, landlords, property developers, estate agents and surveyors who are located throughout the UK.

HIPCEA is owned by Keith Lane who has been working in the property industry since 2010. Previously employed for 29 years by Royal Mail Group Ltd.
