Hi-lite Decorators and Property Maintenance

Wayne and Laurence of Hi Lite have just finished decorating my living room and I am very happy. They were always on time, very professional, neat, tidy and skilled in their work, nothing was too much trouble. Completely trustworthy and a pleasure to have in the house.

Wayne repaired and painted my ceiling and walls in my bedroom was on time and polite even lent me a heater excellentl work would recommend.

Wayne and team went beyond the call of duty and did an excellent job repainting the whole exterior of my parents’ white house and numerous other “little tasks” that inevitably were bigger than my father appreciated. All work was done to an excellent standard and with a professional, positive can-do approach. An important point is that my aged parents now know and trust Wayne to be in and around their home for several weeks. My parents have used Wayne before and I am sure that they will do so again in the future. NB Wayne is partial to a chocolate HobNob. .

Back again. We have now used Wayne (Hi-lite decorators) on a number of occasions. The latest being the re-decoration of our main bedroom, two shades of a blue called Seaspray. As always the work was excellent and we were happy to have Wayne back in our house once more. I don’t know what will be next, but he, and may be Lawrence (get well soon L and UTA! ), will be back soon to do some more.

I have used Wayne from hi-lite several. Times now, absolutely great service, very efficient and reliable, I am going through the whole house with Wayne’s help, he has lots of ideas, which are making the whole project a lot easier to do. The shower room is in the photo, it is tricky to see but Wayne did three coats of paint and transformed a very badly cracked ceiling with the after effects of condensation Thankyou Wayne katie.

Wayne repainted a bad job done by another painter as well as caulked/painted new skirting-boards and oiled several new doors. Very clean and tidy work, no mess and pleasant to have around - easy to get on with. Thank-you.

Levels of customer service and quality of workmanship were outstanding and I would highly recommend this company. Punctuality was excellent and Wayne and his colleagues were a pleasure to have around the house. The resulting paint job has received my top marks!

Wayne and team were very helpful in re-adjusting dates to fit my revised schedule, making a good job of the work requested and completing it on time. I also appreciated the little extras - moving two very heavy wardrobes, and giving me contacts for other contractors as I am new to the area. Everything was left clean and in order and I look forward to them coming back to finish extra work next month. Would certainly recommend!
