Thank goodness for Hexx! My mobile just stopped. Dropped it to the guts at Hexx. Few hours later, phone fixed and I'm back in the 21st century. Great service. Great value, and friendly helpful staff. No hesitation on recommending Hexx.

Recently had my laptop sorted here and, as usual, found it to be a great service fronted by friendly, knowledgeable staff and at reasonable price. Keep up the good work guys!

I managed to get my Sim card stuck in my iPhone -- without the tray. The technician at the Hex store was very friendly and patiently managed to pull it out without opening up my phone (which would have invalidated my warranty). Of course, he also saved me a lot of money this way. I will definitely come back to Hex if I need something repaired.

If you live in Scotland, forget about asking someone down south to repair your iPad. I dropped mine and used the web to find someone in Scotland to repair my unit. I was invited to write whay me requirements were. I then received a call from Buckinghamshire advising me they would pick up my unit and return it in 5 working days for £160. I looked again and found Hex. Called them and was told if I could get the unit to them before 1400 they would fix it that day. Arrived a 1400 and picked up the repaired unit at 1600. I had dropped my HTC Sensation, only had it 3 months, I was getting quoted crazy prices to replace the top screen, we called these guys and not only was it much more affordable if they have the parts in then its replaced in a matter of hours ( usually less than 2) In My case the inner screen was also damaged due to the fall so that needed replaced too, they called me to let me know within 20 minutes of dropping the phone off, of course that was more expensive and they had to order the part but it was still much more reasonable, I have the phone back and the service from both the guy at the main desk and the repair guys is second too none, when I picked up the phone I wanted a case and grabbed the first sensation one I seen, the guy didnt just leave me to mess that up and hunted through all their stock to make sure I got the correct one. I am a serial complainer when it comes to service but all I can say is. THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME.

Had a laptop in as the screen was no longer staying up. Needed new brackets, which were fitted. Few months later the screen started to come loose again - the guys at the store found that one side of the screen the screw in the bracket had sheered off. The guys spent half an hour stripping it back, replacing the bracket and screws. At no extra charge! What can I say. Great job!

Having bought all my Mac stuff from Cancom in the past, I've always used them for after sales problems. So when they closed down, I had to look in the book for someone else regarding repairs etc. Having looked in the book, I found HCS, and I have to say what a great bunch of guys. Really friendly, they know their stuff and most importantly, they'll bend over backwards to help you with any problems, and. Will try and find a solution that's cost effective to you! That's the place I will be going for all future repairs!

I approached Hexcs with a view to repairing my problem laptop. The cause was easily diagnosed and the knowledgable staff tried a variety of methods to make repairs. When these did not work they then went beyond the level of service I would expect of any retailer or servie provider to track down alternative solutions and parts that could help. Unfortunately the laptop proved irreperable, however, the staff charged only the standard investigation cost. I was very pleased as from the level of efort they had put in I was expecting a much higher charge. In the end they suggested several options whereby I could recoup some value from the disfunctional laptop. They even explained how I could remove and securely deal with the hard-drive. Golf anyone! I intend to recommend them to anyone requiring computer services.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Hex. I dealt with Luke and Mark who both had a great deal of knowledge (and patience, I may add! ) in sorting out my laptop problem. I'm not very computer literate so was ever so grateful that they took the time to explain things to me in plain english. I'll be returning to Hex with any PC problems I have in future and won't hesitate in recommending them to others. Cheers Luke and Mark!

Extremely pleased with this repair service, staff took the time to explain in plain english what the problems might be, and how they will go about fixing them. I felt very well looked after and got a great quality of service for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend to anybody.

I was referred to Hex by John Lewis when my PC broke down I was very impressed with the friendly , professional service Hex gave me not to mention the bill! I thought they gave me back the wrong PC it was gleaming! Told all my mates about them.
