Heslops took all of the stress out of our house move in August and actually made our moving experience a really enjoyable one! We will definitely be using them again for any future moves, including the packing service they offer. We didn't need to lift a finger and everything was extremely well packed. They completely took the stress out of everything and nothing was too much trouble. The word 'problem' is not in their dictionary, they provide solutions and do all of the hard work and thinking so that you don't have to. We're so grateful for everything they did for us and could not thank them enough. They are a great company, professional, punctual, lightning fast, honest and an incredible genuine bunch of people who really care and strive to make your move run smoothly.

Absolutely brilliant, highly recommend! Ben and his team moved us today after providing all the answers to any questions we had prior to move. They delivered quality packaging materials in a timely manor. Move day they were like a whirlwind, efficient, organised, all our belongings were moved with care and protected. Ben and his team were a great investment for our parents move. They were highly efficient, professional, cheerful, courteous and well organised. Every penny was well spent - very thoughtful in their planning, eg. Keeping garden items in a separate van. All items of furniture so carefully protected, we really had no concerns on the day. It was a pleasure to have them around. We recommend them with no hesitation - you will not be disappointed.

From the start to the completion of our house move with Heslops was a true pleasure. From the outset we were reassured that they would take the stress out of our move. We could not imagine what those guys actually achieved in their time with us. The loading went smoothly on the day before our move which meant on the morning of the move we just had to take care of ourselves. On the day of moving the guys had us unloaded and in our new home by 3pm. They took care of every item we had and nothing was too much trouble for them. Ben and his team worked professionally and so hard during our move and we were sad to wave them goodbye once they had finished. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting a professional and stress free removal.

Ben and his team helped us move back in March and they made the whole process as stress free as it could be. Moving day was very efficient, they arrived early with two trucks, one large and one small for garden and garage stuff, and we were vacated within a few hours, the team worked tirelessly, and also got us unloaded into new place really quickly. There were lots of laughs and banter along the way too, which helped to keep spirits up. Would definitely use Heslops again in the future.

We were helping our mother move from the family home to a retirement flat, not a massive job, but potentially stressful as my mother has dementia so was worrying about everything. Ben and his team turned up on time, were friendly and good humoured, taking time to chat to mum in between shifting stuff. It wasn't the cheapest quote, but the quote allowed for an additional journey in case there was furniture that didn't fit in the smaller space, or mum changed her mind and wanted to swap something. In the end we didn't need this, but the option to do this meant the whole experience felt less pressured.

Thank you to Ben and the team for a really personal service. It was Bens idea to use a smaller van for our copious amounts of garden pots and dismantled shed, which meant all the “dirty” items went together? Great idea, and no other company had suggested this! Great service. Thank you!

Despite reservations I and my wife were very pleased with the whole experience Heslopes. Provided for us. We moved from Buckinghamshire all the way up to Leeds Yorkshire over 2 days. Both packing and unpacking were trouble free. Thank you.

Ben and his team were life savers! When we were let down last minute by another company they came to our rescue and moved us out of 2 houses and into a new one the next day. They were friendly, competitivley priced and we would highly recommend them!

Ben and his team were fantastic and made our moving day from Milton Keynes to Northumberland 'stress free'. Ben is very professional and delivered great customer service. We were advised on how the removal would work and it was all delivered as explained. Heslop's was not the cheapest quote we received but we wanted quality and definitely consider that we had a quality move. Great Guys. Came to Kent from Milton Keynes to help out another local removal company who had lost their Trucks in a Fire the night before. Without them and the hard work we would not have moved, which would have been a disaster. Great Guys, and made it a lot less stressful than it could have been. Thanks Chaps …. Superb service!

I can't count the number of times I've used Heslops removals now… to much moving house than is good for you. Every move has been easy with Heslops removals. Ben is very professional and a lovely guy as well! They know their stuff, particularly the awkward antique furniture, back to front and inside out and I'd have no hesitation in recommending them! 5* service.

Heslop’s removal team were professional and friendly from the very first phone call. Everything they promised they delivered, from the delivery of the boxes to being on time on removal day. I would highly recommend Heslop Removals to anybody planning a move. During the process of trying to agree a date they were very helpful, accommodating and easy to contact. Ben and his team packed and moved us over two days and I couldn’t fault the service they provided. The team packed up the whole house into their lorry during the first day (apart from beds and a few essentials) which made moving day totally pain free. Everything was packed carefully so that all our belongings made it to the new house in one piece. Ben has a great team who are hard working, efficient, friendly and nothing seems to be too much trouble. Everything was moved to the correct rooms and all the furniture rebuilt. Heslop’s was not the cheapest quote I had but when I met Ben, I trusted him to do a good job, he and his team did a great job which was worth every penny.
