Richard helped me twice with locks in my flat that had developed troubles. He did both jobs very professionally and with great care (and at a reasonable rate too! ). He was also very courteous and explained exactly what the problem was. I would not hesitate to use this company again and recommend it wholeheartedly!

Very prompt service and very reasonable. My lock had malfunctioned and locked me out. I got entry to the flat and a new and much better lock all within the hour!

Richard was able to come to my property in 20 minutes and took no time opening the door. He provided me with a better lock then the one that was on the door and multiple sets of keys which he cut in his van! His services was amazing and he also is a really nice guy! Had an issue with a damaged lock on a communal front door and Richard was really flexible when arranging a time for coming out, turned up when he said he would, and went above and beyond to get the lock issues sorted. He was also great value and very knowledgable about our problem, so I'd definitely recommend him!

Richard has come 3 times at very short notice to deal with issues involving my elderly mum's locks and each time has arrived promptly,explaimed what needs to be done and carried out the work efficiently. Another plus is that he tidies up as he goes along. His pleasant manner means we'd be happy to use him again - though, as we usually have to call him in an emergency, we're hoping we don't have to!

Having used the wrong key in my Mortice lock it caused the lock to jam. I turned to Richard at Hero Locksmith who I had used before.
