We used Mark to put in a new kitchen in our house. We are delighted with the quality, but what was notable was Mark's ability to talk through different options with us, and discuss possible solutions - he really went the extra mile - would recommend.

Was helped by designer to choose best design for our kitchen which really works well. Excellent choice of colours and units. Kitchen arrived on time and fitted very professionally by the fitters. Extremely happy with our first class kitchen.

Really pleased that I have come across Mark to design and supply our new kitchen. Mark was very devoted throughout the whole process of supplying and fitting the kitchen which made the whole experience much less stressfull. Supplied a quality kitchen for a very reasonable price, as we have obtained many other quotes. Mark carried out the Project Management of our kitchen refurbishment with infectious enthusiasm, diligence and attention to detail. He understood and fulfilled our brief, and delivered a kitchen of exceptional standards. His use of the space has given us a kitchen that appears much larger yet has not sacrificed any storage.

We're retired and we decided late in life that it was time to treat ourselves to a super-duper new kitchen and Mark Armistead of Heritage Kitchens and all his associates involved in the project have been utterly wonderful beyond words. Mark spent many hours in our house during the design stages and his attention to detail, his enthusiasm and his incredible eye for precision so impressed us from the moment we met him. He's designed and installed a kitchen beyond our dreams and we both agree that it's far exceeded our expectations ~ we've rarely if ever been more delighted with the outcome of any project we've ever undertaken. The quality of build and the materials used are vastly superior to anything we saw in retail outlets and price-wise Mark has turned out to be very competitive. He gave us exactly what we wanted rather than us being pressured into buying a generic kitchen he wanted to sell us. Mark was true to his word and completely reliable on every aspect of everything involved in terms of build standard, delivery and installation. Adrian carried out the installation and all the ancillary requirements and I can honestly say that he's possible the finest craftsman it's ever been my privilege to watch. Nothing fazes him and he's seemingly a Jack of all trades and a master of all of them. Great service - lovely kitchen !

My husband and I recently had a kitchen designed and fitted by Heritage Kitchens. Mark was excellent in designing our kitchen and giving us ideas to make things look good and to have more storage space. He visited our house on several occasions bringing samples and books on the products we could purchase. Delivery of our kitchen was excellent too. They phoned an hour before delivery on the date arranged. Mark arrived the next day to check delivery. Mark from Heritage Kitchens arranged for his fitter to come and survey my old kitchen and the work commenced the following week. I have to say we are extremely pleased with all the work that has been carried out. Old kitchen removed, old tiled floor removed and replaced with new tiles. Old part of kitchen ceiling removed and replaced. Some walls re plastered and my gorgeous kitchen fitted with integrated dishwasher and washing machine. New gas hob and electric oven all supplied by Mark of Heritage Kitchens. New wall tiles. The quality of the kitchen is excellent and the quality of the work by the Fitter Ryan too is excellent. My whole kitchen including appliances was by far cheaper then Homebase etc and would recommend that if you are looking for a new kitchen to make contact with Heritage a Kitchens as you will be so pleased you did. Mark of Heritage Kitchens provided an exceptional service in terms of assisting us in choice of kitchen cupboards, appliances, sink and handles: but above all his ideas in kitchen design outranked all the other designers who we contacted. The result has been greater than a sum of the parts. In addition his attention to detail has been second to none. Our chance meeting of an unknown supplier has turned out to have been exceptional fortunate. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Mark of Heritage Kitchens to any prospective purchaser.

We honestly didn't think that we would ever be able to afford a bespoke kitchen but thanks to Heritage Kitchens, we could! From start to finish Mark provided a professional service. The very many options were explored (with patience! ), we were kept informed all the time and visited throughout installation. We also used an installer recommended by Mark who did a fantastic job. Highly recommended.

Mark from Heritage Kitchens worked with us from day one to ensure everything we had hoped for and requested was delivered. His attention to details and level of service was beyond 5* even visiting late in the evening to make sure we were happy with the products we were to receive. I would recommend Mark as a kitchen designer and supplier. I have a very small kitchen and he was able to give me far more storage than I thought possible. The quality of the cabinets and work top surface are as I'd hoped for when I first started the process. Mark recomemended a local fitter whom he had worked with before and between them I now have a lovely kitchen!

We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mark. His knowledge of kitchens, his attention to detail and his integrity are first class. We are very happy with the bespoke worktop, sink and tap that Mark supplied. It's finished off our kitchen beautifully. We only heard about Mark after we'd been let down by a large national company and wish we'd heard about him before, as we would have definitely used him for the whole job.

It was a supply only Kitchen as we had our own fitter. Mark was very determined to make sure we had what we wanted. He also gave us some valuable input. Have used him before and would do so again.

Heritage Kitchens supplied and fitted our new kitchen. We were very happy with the service we received. The care taken in the planning stages was exceptional. Great care was taken to meet our every wish. The time spent on planning our kitchen has resulted in a great kitchen which almost 2 years on we are still extremely happy with. All the appliances supplied dishwasher, hob, double oven, washing machine are working fine with no problems at all. We would recommend Heritage Kitchens without hesitation.

Having struggled through online kitchen suppliers and traipsed around B&Q and Homebase, we thought we would try something a little closer to home. We are glad we did. At the start of the process, Mark makes certain promises about quality and about his close management of the entire project and he is as good as his word. Having set upon a design, we worked on pricing and I do believe that Mark does really try to make things as cheap as possible for the customer. Even though this was just before Xmas, the kitchen arrived when he said it would and, good to his word, he came round in the evening to reassure himself and us that all the parts were there (complete with tea bags for the fitter! ). He estimated that it would take Adrian (the fitter), 2 days to complete and even with a couple of extras thrown in he was as good as his word. They both arrived at 8am on the first day and Mark was still there at 8pm on the second day, cleaning up. He even came back the next day just to check that we were happy with everything. In conclusion, we have a lovely new kitchen for a very reasonable price. However, the level of service that we received was far above and beyond what you would get from any other company.Perhaps most importantly, Mark is someone that you can trust to let into your home and trust to do a sterling job.If you go with Heritage, I do not believe that you will be disappointed.Moreexpand_more

We were extremely happy with the help and support that Mark gave us. Mark spent many evenings going through various options before we actually decided what we wanted. His service was exceptional because he spent valuable time in measuring and designing our kitchen to suit our individual needs. Even though we kept changing our mind on the design he was patient,understanding and very cooperative.

From the initial planning stage to the completion of our beautiful Kitchen, Mark from Heritage Kitchens was there every step of the way. We are very pleased with the finished product. We used Heritage Kitchens to design and supply a fitted kitchen. The personal service provided during the design phase and the choosing of appliances was excellent. The delivery of the kitchen was prompt and as scheduled and the quality of the units and electrical goods supplied was very good. Would recommend their services without hesitation.

The whole process from start to finish was well managed and overseen without me having to chase all the time. Various options were given and no hard sell was employed. all in all very pleased with every aspect of the kitchen and its installation and would definitely recommend Heritage to my best friends!
